نظرا للتطور التكنولوجي الذي يمر به العالم اليوم في القطاع المالي والمصرفي، والتغيرات في المجال المحاسبي عبر التاريخ, هدفت الدراسة في جانبيها النظري والتطبيقي إلى التعرف ماهية وطبيعة واستخدامات تقنية (Blockchain) وأثرها على المحاسبة, والي دراسة مدى دراية المحاسبين لتقنية سلاسل الكتل واستخداماتها في المجال المحاسبي بالمصارف التجارية الليبية العاملة بمدينة مصراتة, وتبرز أهمية الدراسة من خلال تسليط الضوء على التطورات العلمية الحديثة لتقنية المعلومات (Blockchain) وعلاقتها بالمحاسبة وتأثير استخداماتها على المهنة، وتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتوضيح أثر المتغير المستقل تقنية البلوك تشين على المتغير التابع دراية المحاسبين, كما استخدمت أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات الأولية والتي استهدفت من خلالها مجموعة من المحاسبين العاملين في المؤسسات المصرفية الليبية بمدينة مصراتة، وعولجت وفق برنامج الإحصائي (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المحاسبين العاملين في المصارف التجارية الليبية بمدينة مصراتة لديهم دراية بتقنية سلاسل الكتل، واستخداماتها في المجال المحاسبي، ولا توجد فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لـ (المؤهل العلمي، التخصص، المركز الوظيفي، سنوات الخبرة في مجال العمل). وعلى ضوء نتائج الدراسة نوصي بزيادة الوعي ونشر ثقافة تقنية (Blockchain) بالمؤسسات المالية المصرفية، الاهتمام بتطوير وتقوية البنية التحتية للمصارف التجارية الليبية حتى تتماشى مع تكنولوجيا المعلومات الحديثة تقنية سلاسل الكتل، تحديث البرامج والمناهج التعليمية في الجامعات ومؤسسات التعليم العالي في ليبيا.
Due to the technological development that the world is going through today in the financial and banking sector, and changes in the accounting field throughout history, the study aimed in its theoretical and applied aspects to identify the nature and uses of blockchain technology (Blockchain) and its impact on accounting, and to study the extent of accountants ' knowledge of blockchain technology and its uses in the accounting field in Libyan commercial banks operating in Misrata, The importance of the study is highlighted by highlighting the modern scientific developments of Information Technology (Blockchain) and its relationship with accounting and the impact of its uses on the profession, and the descriptive analytical approach was adopted to clarify the impact of the independent variable blockchain technology on the variable related to the knowledge of accountants, Questionnaire was used to collect preliminary data, through which it targeted a group of accountants working in banking in Misrata, and was treated according to the statistical program (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences), and the study found that accountants working in Libyan commercial banks in Misrata they are familiar with blockchain technology, and its uses in the accounting field, There are no significant differences depending on (academic qualification, specialization, career status, years of work experience), and in light of the results of the study, we recommend increasing awareness and spreading the culture of Blockchain technology in banking financial institutions, paying attention to developing and strengthening the infrastructure of Libyan commercial banks so that they are in line with modern information technology blockchain technology, updating educational programs and curricula at universities and higher education institutions in Libya.
