المستخلص: إن التعددية الدينية في العصر الحاضر، عُدت فكرة فلسفية، حتمتها ظروف المجتمعات الغربية، ولقد تبناها مجموعة عديدة من مفكري الغرب وفلاسفتهم. بعد أن فقدت شعوبهم الاستقرار، والأمان في بيئاتهم، فضلاً عما وجدوه من تباين بين واقعهم العلمي والحضاري الذي خيمت عليه تطلعات كنائسهم. ولاسيما في أصولهم الاجتماعية، التي رأت أن ما تفضي إليه ممارسات القائمين على الدعوة لتمسك بالاعتقادات الطبيعية، التي أكد العديد من مفكري الغرب بطلانها. فكانت فكرة نظرية التعددية الدينية التي كانت من أهم المنظرين لها الفيلسوف جون هيك (ت 2012م) فجاء هذا المبحث ليعرض مسارات فكرة التعددية عنده، من خلال تمهيد واضح لمحتويات البحث، ومنطلقاته، لما قرره ذلك الفيلسوف بتعريف للنظرية، والتي لم يكن مبتكراً لها، بل سبقه غيره من مفكري الغرب، وفلاسفتهم مع إنه تدرج فكرياً مع طبيعية واقعه الاجتماعي، والثقافي. لذلك جاء تمام البحث في مطلبين: الأول مقاصد التعددية الدينية وأهدافها عند الفيلسوف جون هيك. والثاني: سُبل التعددية الدينية، وسياقات تطورها في فكر الفيلسوف جون هيك. ومن ثم كانت الخاتمة والنتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث والمصادر والمراجع، ومن الله التوفيق.

Religious pluralism in the present era is considered a philosophical idea created by the conditions of Western societies, and it has been adopted by many Western thinkers and philosophers. After their peoples lost stability and security in their environments, in addition to the discrepancy they found between their scientific and civilized reality, which was clouded by the aspirations of their churches. Especially in their social origins, which saw that what the practices of those in charge of the call lead to adhere to natural beliefs, which many Western thinkers have confirmed to be invalid. So the idea of the theory of religious pluralism, which was one of the most important theorists of it, was the philosopher John Hick (d. 2012 AD) in this research to present the paths of the idea of pluralism in him, through a clear introduction to the contents of the research, and its starting points, when that philosopher decided to expose the theory, which he was not an innovator of, but He was preceded by other Western thinkers and their philosophers, although he graduated intellectually with the nature of his social and cultural reality. Therefore, the whole research came in two demands: the first is the purposes and goals of religious pluralism according to the philosopher John Hick. The second: the ways of religious pluralism, and the contexts of its development in the thought of the philosopher John Hick. Hence the conclusion and the results reached by the researcher, sources and references, and God grant success.
