|a الفساد هو آفة مجتمعية يأكل أفراد مجتمع ما كما تأكل النار الحطب. ولا يمكن إهمال الفساد والمفسدين، إذ يكون كغدة سرطانية تنهش لحم الأمة، ولا يترك إلا آثارا سيئة على الإنسان كفرد، وعلى الأمة كمجتمع. إلا أن الله تبارك وتعالى بلطفه وحكمته جعل سبلا لحد هذه الظاهرة، وأشار إلى آليات الحد من الفساد في المجتمع، بل في الفرد الواحد. جاء في القرآن الكريم قوله تعالى: (وَالَّذِينَ يَكْنِزُونَ الذَّهَبَ وَالْفِضَّةَ وَلَا يُنفِقُونَهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ فَبَشِّرْهُم بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ). [سورة التوبة: ٣٤] فالمال مادة في ذاته ليس سيئا أو ممدوحًا، بل من الوسائل التي احتاجه الناس في حياتهم اليومية، فالله تعالى جعل مصدرا لكسبه، كما جعل مخرجا لصرفه، بما يرضيه وما هو مصلحة الناس والمجتمع.
|b Corruption is a societal scourge that consumes the members of a society like fire eats wood. Corruption and the corruptors cannot be neglected, as it is like a cancerous gland that eats away at the flesh of the nation, leaving only bad effects on the person as an individual, and on the nation as a society. However, God Almighty, in His kindness and wisdom, provided ways to limit this phenomenon, and pointed to mechanisms for reducing corruption in society, and even in the individual. God Almighty says in the Holy Qur’an: “And those who hoard gold and silver and do not spend them in the way of God- give them good tidings of a painful punishment.” [Surat Al-Tawbah: 34] Money is a substance in itself that is not bad or praiseworthy, but rather one of the means that people need in their daily lives. God Almighty made a source for earning it, and He also made a way out for spending it, to what pleases Him and what is in the interest of people and society.
