|a تحولت دراسات الأدب المقارن في كثير من الجامعات العالمية، شرقاً وغرباً، من الهامش إلى المركز، وتنوع اهتمام تلك الجامعات بهذا الحقل المرتبط بالدراسات اللغوية والأدبية بين تضمين مقرراته في مناهجها، أو تخصيص برامج أكاديمية متخصصة في الدراسات الأدبية المقارنة، أو تأسيس أقسام متخصصة في الأدب المقارن. وتتبع الدراسة منهجاً وصفياً لتقدم مقترحا لتأسيس برنامج أكاديمي في الدراسات العليا بجامعة سعودية يعنى بتدريس الأدب المقارن ويستهدف الطلبة الدوليين من الناطقين بغير العربية؛ ليدرسوا الأدب العربي السعودي وتاريخه وموضوعاته ونماذج منه، ويقارنوها بآدابهم القومية بطريقة منهجية تقوم على الأسس العلمية للمنهج المقارن. وتوضح الدراسة مدى انسجام رؤية البرنامج المقترح ورسالته الثقافية والحضارية مع التوجهات الثقافية لبرنامج جودة الحياة في المملكة ۲۰۳۰، كما تصف طبيعة مفهوم الأدب المقارن الذي يستند إليه البرنامج في مقرراته ومدى ملاءمته لرؤية البرنامج ورسالته الثقافية، وتصف الدراسة المخرجات والنتائج المتوقعة من إعداد طلبة دارسين للثقافة والأدب السعوديين؛ ليكونوا وسطاء بين الثقافة والأدب العربي السعوديين وثقافاتهم وآدابهم الوطنية.
|b Comparative literature studies in many international universities, both in the East and West, have shifted from the periphery to the center. These universities' interest in linguistic and literary fields has varied, ranging from including comparative literature courses in their curricula to allocating specialized academic programs in comparative literary studies or establishing dedicated departments for comparative literature. This study adopts a descriptive approach to present a proposal for developing an educational program in graduate studies at a Saudi university. This program is concerned with teaching comparative literature and targets international students who are non-Arabic speakers. In this program, students will explore the history of Saudi literature, its themes, and some of its models; they will also compare these with their national literature using the academic and scientific methods of the comparative approach. The study demonstrates how the idea of the proposed program and its cultural and civilizational message align with the cultural orientations of the Quality-of-Life Program in Kingdom 2030. It also describes the nature of the "comparative literature" concept as integrated into the program's courses and how it fits the vision and cultural message of the program. Additionally, the study outlines the expected outcomes and results, preparing students to act as mediators between Saudi Arabian culture and literature and their own national cultures and literature.
