|a أخذ النسخ بعد مفهومي عند المتشرعة لكون يقع في الأحكام التكليفية منها، وكون أن النسخ يقع في الأحكام ويختص في الأفراد ببعض تكليفاتهم، فأصبح موضوع نقاش منذ القدم هو موضع جدل لأنه يتعلق بموضوعات متعددة منها البداء أي أن الموضوع فيه إلغاء حكم وتعديل حكم هل أن الله سبحانه يقضي شيء ثم يتغير بما يحدث من مستجدات؟ وهل هذا الطرح صحيح أم لا أن الله تعالى هو يعلم بما كان وما يكون وما هو كائن وكل حادث فهو في علمه، لذا أصبح بين العلماء محل جدل وتباين في مقبولة هذا الموضوع ومنهم المفسرين محل البحث- الصادقي كما أن النسخ فيه أبعاد شرعية هي مقدرة من قبل الله تعالى لان الله هو اعرف بمن خلق ما يحيطه من والنقوي متغيرات وكل ظرف سواء كان طارئ أو محتوم، والحكمة من النسخ هي حكمة مقدرة من قبل الله تعالى.
|b The concept of abrogation (naskh) has become widely accepted among traditionalists, particularly concerning obligatory rulings. Abrogation is seen to occur within legal rulings, applying specifically to certain individuals and their obligations. This concept has been a topic of debate since ancient times, mainly due to its relation to multiple subjects, including bada' —a concept involving the cancellation or alteration of a ruling. This raises questions: Does Allah ordain something that may then change due to new developments? Is this notion valid, given that Allah has full knowledge of all that was, is, and will be, with every occurrence being within His knowledge? Consequently, this issue has become a point of contention and divergence among scholars, including the exegetes under study—Sadeqi and Naqwi. Furthermore, abrogation holds legal dimensions ordained by Allah, for Allah is most knowledgeable about His creation, encompassing all circumstances, whether incidental or inevitable. The wisdom behind abrogation is thus a wisdom determined by Allah
