|a رعاية المملكة العربية السعودية للمقاصد الشرعية، من خلال تعاملها مع الأزمات المعيشية مطلب أكد وواضح في استراتيجيته، وآلياته، وأهدافه، وبخاصة تحقيق رؤية المملكة ۲۰۳۰، وقد انطلق النظام الأساسي للحكم من قواعد شرعية، وقيم إنسانية وأخلاق إسلامية؛ مصدرها الكتاب والسنة، وفهم واجتهادات العلماء المسلمين، بغية رعاية مصالح العباد، التي تمثلت في حفظ الدين، والنفس والعقل، والنسل، وتحقيق السلم والأمن المجتمعي، الذي امتن الله تعالى به على عباده، وكان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي هو المنهج المتبع في الدراسة، وذلك من خلال وصف الأزمات المعيشية التي تعرضت لها المملكة العربية السعودية وتحليل عناصرها، وإبراز المقصد الشرعي والبعد الإنساني في تعامل المملكة مع الأزمات، وذلك عن طريق التأطير الوصفي لتعامل المملكة مع الأزمات، وإبراز القيم الاجتماعية، والمفاهيم الإنسانية، والمقاصد الشرعية وتحليلها، للخروج بنتائج معرفية يسهل توجيهها والإفادة منها، ولا شك أن هذه الأزمات تنهك الاقتصاد، وتقلق مضاجع الحكومات فضلا عن الأفراد والجماعات، لذا أسهمت المملكة العربية السعودية إسهاما كبيرا في التصدي للأزمات المعيشية المختلفة، سواء أكان ذلك داخل المملكة أو خارجها، مما يقوي الشعور الوطني لدى المواطنين والمقيمين على حد سواء، وكان للملكة استراتيجية واضحة في التعامل مع هذه الأزمات قوامها بعد إنساني وآخر مقاصدي، يهدف إلى إبراز تعامل المملكة مع الأزمات حتى تتأسى بها الدول، والمنظمات الإنسانية، وذلك مما يشجع على تحقيق التنمية في جميع المجالات، وإبراز الجانب المقاصدي، والبعد الإنساني، لتنمية الوعي الوطني لدى الشباب، واعتزازهم بأوطانهم.
|b The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's care for legitimate purposes, by its dealings with crises, is a confirmed and clear requirement in its strategy, mechanisms, and objectives, especially the realization of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. The basic system of governance was issued from legal principles, human values and Islamic morals whose source is the Book and the Sunnah, and the understanding and jurisprudence of Muslim scholars, with the aim of taking care of the interests of the people. It was represented in preserving religion, life, intellect, and offspring, and achieving social peace and security, for which God is grateful to His servants. The descriptive analytical approach was the approach used in the study, by describing the living crises that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was exposed to and analyzing its elements. The legal intent and the human dimension are shown in the Kingdom’s dealings with crises, through descriptive framing of the Kingdom’s dealings with crises, highlighting social values, human concepts, and legal purposes and analyzing them, in order to produce knowledge results that are easy to direct and benefit from. There is no doubt that these crises are exhausting the economy, worrying governments as well as individuals and groups. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has made a significant contribution to facing various living crises, whether inside or outside the Kingdom, which strengthens the patriotic feeling of citizens and residents alike. The Kingdom had a clear strategy in dealing with these crises based on a human dimension and the last of intentions. It aims to highlight the Kingdom's dealings with crises so that countries and humanitarian organizations can emulate them. This encourages the achievement of development in all fields, highlighting the intentions and the human dimension, in order to develop national awareness among young people, and their pride in their own countries.
