المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس فاعلية استخدام Microsoft Azure في تنمية مهارات البرمجة لطلاب الفرقة الرابعة ببرنامج المكتبات والمعلومات بكلية الآداب- جامعة المنوفية، اعتماداً على المنهج التجريبي لتصميم المجموعة الواحدة ذات التطبيق القبلي والبعدي، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (۸۰) طالبًا، واستخدمت الدراسة اختبارًا معرفياً وبطاقة ملاحظة لقياس مهارات البرمجة المعرفية والأدائية، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α ≤ 0.05) بين متوسطات درجات طلاب الفرقة الرابعة في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للاختبار المعرفي لمهارات البرمجة المعرفية لصالح التطبيق البعدي ترجع لاستخدام Microsoft Azure ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α ≤ 0.05) بين متوسطات درجات طلاب الفرقة الرابعة في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للاختبار المعرفي لمهارات البرمجة الأدائية لصالح التطبيق البعدي ترجع لاستخدام Microsoft Azure، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن معامل الكسب المعدل بلاك Blake أعلى من (1.2) مقارنة بالتطبيق القبلي والبعدي لأدوات القياس لصالح التطبيق البعدي، مما يدل على فاعلية استخدام Microsoft Azure في تنمية مهارات البرمجة المعرفية والأدائية لطلاب الفرقة الرابعة ببرنامج المكتبات والمعلومات بكلية الآداب جامعة المنوفية، وقدمت الدراسة عدة توصيات أبرزها توظيف منصة Microsoft Azure القائم على الذكاء الاصطناعي في تدريس مقرر البرمجة على مستوى برامج المكتبات والمعلومات بالجامعات المصرية، وضرورة تطوير أساليب تقويم المهارات البرمجية.

The study aimed to measure the effectiveness of using Microsoft Azure in developing programming skills for fourth year students in the Library and Information Program at the Faculty of Arts- Menoufia University. The experimental approach was used to design one group with pre and post application. The study sample consisted of (80) students. The study used a cognitive test and an observation card to measure cognitive and performance programming skills, and the results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the mean scores of fourth year students in the pre and post application of the cognitive test for cognitive programming skills in favor of the post application due to the use of Microsoft Azure. And there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the mean scores of the fourth year students in the pre and post application of the cognitive test of performance programming skills in favor of the post application due to the use of Microsoft Azure. The pre and post application of the measurement tools in favor of the post application, which indicates On the effectiveness of using Microsoft Azure in developing cognitive and performance programming skills for fourth-year students in the Library and Information Program at the Faculty of Arts, Menoufia University, The study presented several recommendations, most notably the employment of Microsoft Azure, which is based on artificial intelligence, in teaching the programming course at the level of library and information programs in Egyptian universities, and the need to develop methods for evaluating programming skills.
