المستخلص: يعد بحث "الزكاة وأثرها في التصدي للأزمات المعيشية" باكورة للتعريف والتوضيح بما للزكاة من أثر طيب وفعال في حل الأزمات الاقتصادية الطاحنة الواقعة بأبناء الوطن، وفتح المجالات أمام أصحاب الأموال من عمل فكرة تنموية تعمل على استثمار مال الزكاة، وفتح المجالات وفرص العمل أمام الفقراء للتكسب في هذه المجالات التنموية المقامة من أموال الزكاة، وفي ذلك مع خلق فرص العمل وسد باب البطالة يزيد المال وينمو ويعطى منه رواتب العاملين، ويعود منه للفقراء ما يجعلهم في كفاية نسبية بسبب وجود المال. كما للمصارف والبنوك الإسلامية وبيوت الزكاة، دور كبير يهدف إلى الوصول لأكبر قدر يمكن الوصول إليه من الفقراء والمحتاجين والمستحقين برعاية مؤسسية حكومية منظمة. وأن الزكاة والبنوك الإسلامية وبيوت الزكاة تسعى إلى الوصول إلى مستوى من الرفاهية والتنمية الاقتصادية التي تعود على الفقراء بالنفع والكفاية. وفي هذا البحث نبين أثر الزكاة في مواجهة الأزمات، ودورها في التوازن المجتمعي، والتوازن الاقتصادي، ودور البنوك الإسلامية في التصدي للأزمات، ودور بيت الزكاة في حل أزمات ومشاكل الفقراء. وأهمية الفقير لكونه فرد من أفراد المجتمع، وأن الفقر مشكلة عالمية ومحلية تتزايد باستمرار وتحتاج لمزيد من الحلول، وخطورة الفقر في المجتمعات لكونه سبب لكل الجرائم فوجب مكافحة الفقر وإن كان ذلك من مال الزكاة. مع بيان التوعية بأهمية صرف الزكاة في مصارفها الشرعية، والحث على تنمية أموال الزكاة واستثمارها لمستحقيها، وتمويل المشاريع الداعمة للفقراء والتنبيه بأهمية التنسيق العملي لعدم تجاهل بعض الفقراء أو ازدواجية الصرف لأحدهم، وحث الأغنياء على استثمار أموال الزكاة، والتلميح بأهمية دور البنوك في المملكة العربية السعودية في مواجهة الأزمات المعيشية.

The study of "The Impact of Zakat in Dealing with Living Crises" is the first to define and clarify the good and effective impact of Zakat in resolving the severe economic crises that befall the people of the country, and to open the fields for owners of funds to create a development idea that works to invest the money of Zakat, and to open fields and job opportunities for the poor to earn. In these areas of development established from zakat funds, and in this with the creation of job opportunities and closing the door of unemployment, the money increases and grows and is given from it the salaries of workers, and from it returns to the poor, which makes them relatively sufficient due to the availability of money. Banks, Islamic banks, and zakat houses also have a major role that aims to reach the largest possible number of the poor, the needy, and the deserving, with organized governmental institutional sponsorship. And that zakat, Islamic banks and zakat houses seek to reach a level of prosperity and economic development that benefits and suffices the poor. In this research, we show the impact of zakat in facing crises, its role in societal and economic balance, the role of Islamic banks in dealing with crises, and the role of the Zakat House in solving the crises and problems of the poor. And the importance of the poor because he is a member of society, and that poverty is a global and local problem that is constantly increasing and needs more solutions, and the seriousness of poverty in societies because it is the cause of all crimes, so poverty must be combated, even if that is from the money of zakat. With a statement of awareness of the importance of disbursing zakat in its legitimate banks, and urging the development of zakat funds and investing them for those who deserve it, financing projects that support the poor and alerting the importance of practical coordination so as not to ignore some of the poor or double spending for one of them, and urging the rich to invest zakat funds, and hinting at the importance of the role of banks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia In the face of living crises.
