|a تهدف الدراسة إلى رصد فرص استثمار مجال التراث الثقافي بوجه عام والمتاحف -باعتباره إحدى فئات المؤسسات الثقافية التراثية- بوجه خاص لتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، مستعينة في ذلك بالمنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه المسحي الذي يعنى برصد وتحليل الحقائق والتجارب على أرض الواقع. ومن ثم تسعى الدراسة إلى رصد تجارب المتاحف العالمية التي قامت بتطبيق واستثمار هذه التطبيقات، وأثر ذلك على زائري هذه المتاحف والمترددين عليها فضلاً عن مسؤوليها، ذلك إلى جانب تناول الدراسة لمبادرات ومشروعات الذكاء الاصطناعي على مستوى العالم، التي تم إطلاقها في هذا الصدد. كما أوصت الدراسة باقتراح تصور للتخطيط للتكامل بين تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي المتنوعة؛ للاستثمار والتوظيف بالمتاحف المصرية بوصفها إحدى مؤسسات المعلومات المنوطة بتقديم وتوفير فرص الإفادة من معلومات التراث الثقافي، والتي تفيد بلا شك في خدمة عملية التحول الرقمي للمجتمع المصري، وإنجاز أهداف التنمية المستدامة وفقاً لخطة مصر 2030.
|b The study aims to explore investment opportunities in the field of cultural heritage, with a particular focus on museums as a key category within cultural heritage institutions. Utilizing a descriptive approach with a survey methodology, the research monitors and analyzes current facts and real-world experiences. It specifically examines the experiences of international museums that have implemented and invested in artificial intelligence (AI) applications, assessing the impact of these technologies on both visitors and museum staff. Additionally, the study reviews AI initiatives and projects launched globally in this context. The study concludes by proposing a strategic vision for integrating various AI technologies within Egyptian museums. This integration aims to enhance investment and utilization, positioning museums as vital information institutions that provide access to cultural heritage resources. Such efforts are expected to significantly contribute to Egypt's digital transformation and align with the sustainable development goals outlined in Egypt's 2030 plan.
