موضوعه بيان منهج ابن مفلح رحمه الله في إطلاق الخلاف في كتابه الفروع، مع ترجمة لابن مفلح رحمه الله. واتبع فيه: المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي. واشتمل على مقدمة وخمسة مباحث، وخاتمة. تحدثت في المقدمة عن أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره ومشكلته وأهدافه، وحدوده، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهجي في البحث، والخاتمة. ثم في المبحث الأول ترجمت لابن مفلح، وفي الثاني تكلمت عن كتابه الفروع، وفي الثالث بينت منهجه فيه، ومكانته في المذهب، وفي الرابع، ذكرت مصطلحات ابن مفلح في إطلاق الخلاف في كتاب الفروع، وفي الخامس، ذكرت أسباب إطلاق الخلاف في كتاب الفروع، ثم ختمت بالنتائج والتوصيات. ومما أسفرت عنه الدراسة: أن صيغ الإمام ابن مفلح تنوعت في إطلاق الخلاف في المسائل الفقهية، كما تنوعت أسباب إطلاق الخلاف عنده. وأوصي بدراسة توجيهات الإمام ابن مفلح في كتابه الفروع وبيان أثرها في تقرير المذهب، ودراسة المسائل الفقهية التي أطلق ابن مفلح فيها الخلاف دراسة فقهية متعمقة.
Its subject is the statement of the approach of the Son of Mufallah in launching the dispute in his book Branches, with a translation of the Son of Mufallah. I spoke in the introduction about the importance of the topic, the reasons for its choice, its problem, its objectives, its limits, previous studies, its methodology of research, and its conclusion.
