|a أطلقت الدولة خريطة الاستثمار الصناعي لأهميتها الاقتصادية في جذب الاستثمارات المحلية والأجنبية وتوفير الكثير من فرص العمل، وفى إطار اهتمامها بتطوير القطاع الصناعي ظهرت في الأفق مشروعات التجمعات الصناعية بنظام المطور الصناعي كشراكة بين الحكومة والمطور لتشكل شراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص؛ لتطوير المناطق الصناعية وتعزيز بيئة الأعمال المثالية. وتهدف الدراسة إلى توضيح أهمية المطور الصناعي ودوره في التنمية الصناعية بمدينة العاشر من رمضان؛ ودراسة نمو وتطور النشاط الصناعي في التجمعات الصناعية الجديدة؛ ومحاولة رسم خريطة للمطور الصناعي؛ وتوزيعها الجغرافي في مدينة العاشر من رمضان وتحليلها مكانيا. وكذلك دراسة الأهمية النسبية للقطاعات الصناعية وتركيبها الحجمي وإلقاء الضوء على المشكلات التي تواجه الجيل الجديد من التجمعات الصناعية بنظام المطور الصناعي في مدينة العاشر من رمضان. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة في ذلك على بيان تطور ونمو النشاط الصناعي والقطاعات الصناعية وتركيبها الحجمي في منطقة المطور الصناعي بمدينة العاشر من رمضان واستخدام معادلات النمو الصناعي السنوي الإجمالي والأهمية النسبية واختتمت الدراسة بأهداف التوطن الصناعي للمطور وما ينعكس على البيئة الصناعية في مدينة العاشر من رمضان. واستنتجت الدراسة أن شركات المطور الصناعي أسهمت في إنشاء 235 مصنعا واستوعبت عمالة صناعية أكثر من 54 ألف عامل بإجمالي استثمارات وصلت 24.5 مليار جنيه؛ وتوصي الدراسة بفتح آفاق الاستثمار لشركات المطور الصناعي في باقي المدن والمناطق الصناعية في مصر وخاصة في الوجه القبلي لنشر التنمية الصناعية المتوازنة على الخريطة الصناعية المصرية.
|b The state launched the industrial investment map due to its economic importance in attracting local and foreign investments and providing many job opportunities. Within the framework of its interest in developing the industrial sector, industrial cluster projects appeared on the horizon with the industrial developer system as a partnership between the government and the developer to form a public-private partnership; To develop industrial areas and promote an ideal business environment. The study aims to clarify the importance of the industrial developer and its role in the industrial development of the Tenth of Ramadan City, study the growth and development of industrial activity in the new generation of industrial clusters, and try to draw a map of the industrial developer and its geographical distribution in the Tenth of Ramadan City and analyze it spatially. As well as studying the relative importance of the industrial sectors and their volumetric structure and shedding light on the problems facing the new generation of industrial clusters with the industrial developer system in the Tenth of Ramadan City. The study relied on the statement of the development and growth of industrial activity and industrial sectors and their volumetric structure in the industrial developer area in the Tenth of Ramadan City and the use of the equations of the compound annual growth rate and the relative importance. The study concluded that the industrial developer companies contributed to the establishment of 235 factories and absorbed industrial labor amounting to 54,174 workers with a total investment of 24.5 billion pounds. The study recommends opening a field for investment by industrial developer companies in the rest of the cities and industrial areas in Egypt, especially in Upper Egypt, to spread balanced industrial development on the Egyptian industrial map.
