المستخلص: طالما مثلت الصراعات الدولية مجالا خصبا للدراسة والتحليل، ورغم أنها ظاهرة قديمة قدم التجمعات الإنسانية إلا أن تنوع أشكالها وسياقاتها جعلها بمثابة نهر متجدد لا ينضب؛ فلا يلبث صراع أن يتوارى حتى يظهر صراع أكثر قوة على الساحة الدولية. أحد هذه الصراعات هو الصراع الروسي الأوكراني الذي مثل تحديا جديدا للعالم منذ اندلاعه عام 2022؛ إذ تعددت أبعاده وتنوعت مسبباته واتسعت دوائر تأثيره على الدول والمجتمعات. وانطلاقا من أهمية هذا الصراع وعمق تداعياته تأتي هذه الدراسة، في رحاب علم النفس السياسي، لتلقي الضوء على أحد أبعاده غير المادية وهو البعد النفسي، وتقدم رؤية نفس- سياسية للصراع الروسي الأوكراني الذي لعبت العوامل النفسية دورا غير مباشرا في تشكيل دوافعه واتخاذ قراراته وانتهاج سلوكياته. وقد انقسمت الدراسة إلى قسمين رئيسين؛ أحدهما نظري والآخر تطبيقي. الأول قام برصد وتحليل كيفية تأثير العامل النفسي على ديناميات الصراع الدولي بصورة عامة سواء على مستوى القيادة أو الشعوب، والثاني حاول الوقوف على مدى مساهمة هذا العامل في فهم وتفسير الصراع الروسي الأوكراني. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج؛ منها: إن الأبعاد النفسية للقيادة السياسية الروسية قد ألقت بظلالها على توجهات ومسارات الصراع، كما كان للبعد المجتمعي المتمثل في الذاكرة الجماعية والتوجهات العاطفية والوعي الصراعي الجمعي والنوستالجيا السياسية أدوارا لا تقل أهمية عنها، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن فهم آليات تأثير البعد النفسي لم يعد من قبيل الرفاهية العلمية، بل بات يمثل خطوة أولى نحو فهم كافة أبعاد الصراع وإحداث نوع من التكامل بين مسارات الحل.

Since international conflicts have always represented a fertile ground for study and analysis, and although they are as old as human communities, the diversity of their forms and contexts has made them a constantly renewing river that never dries up; one conflict often fades away only to be replaced by another, more intense, on the international stage. One such conflict is the Russian-Ukrainian war, which has posed a new challenge to the world since its outbreak in 2022. Its dimensions have multiplied, its causes have diversified, and its impact on countries and societies has expanded. In light of the significance of this conflict and the depth of its repercussions, this study, within the realm of political psychology, aims to shed light on one of its immaterial dimensions: the psychological aspect. It offers a psycho-political perspective on the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, where psychological factors have played an indirect role in shaping its motivations, decision-making processes, and behaviors. The study was divided into two main sections, one theoretical and the other applied. The first monitored and analyzed how the psychological factor affects the dynamics of international conflict in general, whether at the level of leadership or peoples, and the second attempted to determine the extent to which this factor contributes to understanding and interpreting the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. The study found, inter alia, that the political leadership represented by President Putin, with its psychological dimensions, has overshadowed the trends and trajectories of the conflict. The societal dimension represented by collective memory, emotional orientations, collective conflict consciousness, and political nostalgia also played roles no less important. The study concluded that understanding the mechanisms of psychological impact was no longer a matter of scientific luxury, but rather represents a first step towards understanding all dimensions of the conflict and creating a kind of integration between the pathways of resolution
