|a استهدف البحث التعرف على العلاقة بين مهارات إدارة المعرفة الرقمية والاستعداد الوظيفي لدى طلبة قسم دراسات المعلومات بكلية التربية الأساسية بدولة الكويت، وتكونت عينة البحث من (٢١٠) طالب وطالبة من طلبة قسم دراسات المعلومات بكلية التربية الأساسية بدولة الكويت، وأعد الباحث مقياس مهارات إدارة المعرفة الرقمية، واستبيان الاستعداد الوظيفي لمهنة أخصائي المعلومات والمكتبات، وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مهارات إدارة المعرفة الرقمية ومستوى الاستعداد الوظيفي لدى طلبة قسم دراسات المعلومات بكلية التربية الأساسية بدولة الكويت، مما يشير إلى إمكانية التنبؤ بالاستعداد الوظيفي لطلبة قسم دراسات المعلومات بكلية التربية الأساسية بدولة الكويت من خلال مهارات إدارة المعرفة الرقمية لديهم.
|b The research aimed to identify the relationship between digital knowledge management skills and career readiness among students of the Information Studies Department at the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait. The research sample consisted of (210) male and female students from the Information Studies Department at the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait. The researcher prepared a measure of digital knowledge management skills. and a questionnaire on job readiness for the profession of information and library specialist, the results indicated that there is a statistically significant correlation between digital knowledge management skills and the level of career readiness among students of the Information Studies Department at the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait, which indicates the possibility of predicting the career readiness of students of the Information Studies Department at the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait through digital knowledge management skills they have.
