المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف فاعلية مقرر مقترح في تربية الشفاء في تنمية كل من: التحرر الذاتي، وممارسات التدريس المستنير للصدمات؛ لدى الطلاب الوافدين من سوريا والسودان، بكلية التربية- جامعة الإسكندرية، وقدمت الباحثة -تحقيقا لأهداف البحث- تأطيرا نظريا لمتغيرات البحث، واستندت إليه في إعداد المقرر المقترح في تربية الشفاء، وكذلك اختباري: التحرر الذاتي، والمعرفة بممارسات التدريس المستنير للصدمات، وبطاقة ملاحظة الأداء التدريسي المستنير للصدمات، واعتمدت الباحثة- في الإجابة عن أسئلة البحث، والتحقق من صواب فروضه- على المنهج التجريبي بتصميمه شبه التجريبي ذي المجموعة الواحدة، وبقياسين: قبلي، وبعدي، وقد جاءت مجموعة البحث ممثلة في (١٠) طالبات من الطلاب الوافدين من سوريا والسودان، بكلية التربية- جامعة الإسكندرية. وقد كشفت نتائج البحث عن وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين: القبلي، والبعدي؛ لصالح متوسط القياس البعدي؛ مما يدل على فاعلية المقرر المقترح في تربية الشفاء، في تنمية كل من: التحرر الذاتي، وممارسات التدريس المستنير للصدمات. القيمة/ الأصالة: تتحدد قيمة البحث الحالي في تضمين تربية الشفاء في إعداد الطلاب المعلمين الوافدين؛ لتأهيلهم- حال العودة إلى أوطانهم- للعمل كمعلمين تحرريين، ووكلاء لتغيير مجتمعاتهم، وأكفاء للمشاركة في بيئات تعليمية مستنيرة للصدمة.

The aim of the current research is to identify the effectiveness of a proposed course in healing pedagogy in the development of: self-liberation, and trauma-informed teaching practices; among students from Syria and Sudan, at the Faculty of Education - Alexandria University. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher provided a theoretical framework for the research variables, and based on it in preparing the proposed course in healing pedagogy, as well as two tests: self-liberation, knowledge of trauma-informed teaching practices, and a trauma-informed teaching performance observation. The researcher The researcher relied - in answering the research questions and verifying the validity of its hypotheses - on the experimental method with its quasi-experimental design with one group, and two measurements: pre and posttest. The research group was represented by (10) students from Syria and Sudan, Faculty of Education - Alexandria University. The research results revealed the existence of a statistically significant difference between the average ranks of the scores of the students of the experimental group in the two measurements: pre and posttest in favor of the average of the posttest This indicates the effectiveness of the proposed course in healing pedagogy in developing both: self-liberation and trauma-informed teaching practices. Value/ Authenticity: The value of current research is determined by including healing pedagogy in the preparation expatriate teacher students to qualify them, upon return to their countries, to serve as libertarian teachers, agents of change for their communities, and competent to participate in trauma-informed learning environments.
