|b This study evaluates the effectiveness of a recently implemented procurement strategy. The results indicate that the vast majority of employees believe that the strategy significantly contributed to cost reductions. Furthermore, the findings confirm that the strategy led to an overall improvement in the efficiency of procurement processes and increased resource utilization efficiency. Additionally, some employees reported improvements in the quality of goods and services procured. Based on the success of the strategy, the study recommends the following: to continue implementing and developing the strategy, to expand its scope to include other areas of procurement, to establish specific performance indicators to measure effectiveness, to provide continuous training for employees involved in procurement, to seek new opportunities for cost savings, to improve communication with employees, and to enhance collaboration between the procurement department and other departments.
