|a هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر العوامل المالية والإدارية والفنية المؤثرة في مشروع التطور الرياضي في المملكة العربية السعودية على الإنجازات العالمية والمحلية لنادي الهلال السعودي، كما هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول العوامل المؤثرة في مشروع التطور الرياضي تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملين والقائمين على إدارة نادي الهلال السعودي، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (92) مفردة، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي كمنهج للدراسة، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، أهمها: 1. تبين وجود أثر إيجابي وذو دلالة إحصائية للعوامل المالية والإدارية والفنية في مشروع التطور الرياضي في المملكة العربية السعودية على الإنجازات العالمية والمحلية لنادي الهلال السعودي. 2. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) حول العوامل المؤثرة في مشروع التطور الرياضي في المملكة العربية السعودية تعزى لمتغير النوع. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة اعتماد النوادي على نظام إداري مبتكر وفعال ضرورة، وزيادة العمل على إعداد دورات تدريبية للاعبين والعاملين والقائمين على إدارة النوادي الرياضية.
|b The study aimed to identify the impact of financial, administrative, and technical factors influencing the sports development project in Saudi Arabia on the global and local achievements of Al Hilal Saudi Club. Additionally, the study sought to determine the presence of statistically significant differences regarding the factors influencing the sports development project attributed to the study variables. The study population consisted of all employees and managers of Al Hilal Saudi Club, and the sample included (92) individuals. The descriptive approach was adopted as the study's methodology, and a questionnaire was used as the study's tool. The study concluded with several findings, the most significant of which were: 1.The existence of a statistically significant positive impact of financial, administrative, and technical factors on the global and local achievements of Al Hilal Saudi Club in the sports development project in Saudi Arabia. 2.There were no statistically significant differences at the (0.05) significance level regarding the factors influencing the sports development project in Saudi Arabia attributed to the gender variable. The study recommended that clubs adopt an innovative and effective administrative system and increase efforts to conduct training courses for players, employees, and managers of sports clubs.
