المستخلص: This is what Vision 2030 targeted in the main axis, “An Ambitious Nation,” in which it pointed out the importance of developing e-government. The scope of services provided to citizens via the Internet has expanded in the last decade to include many services, which contributed to improving the Kingdom’s ranking - according to several global indicators such as the United Nations e-Government Index - to rise from rank (90) in the year (1425 AH - 2008 AD) to Ranked (36) in the year (1436 AH - 2014 AD), and the scope of these services has expanded significantly until the year (2023 AD), and among those services is the digital transformation of all litigation system procedures. Because we are studying an important topic in “facilitating access to justice with digital technologies,” I have been keen to demonstrate the services and capabilities provided by the Ministry of Justice, which in turn led to the activation of the digital transformation it is required to provide to the beneficiaries.
