|a إن موضوع الأدلة الجنائية الرقمية من أهم المواضيع الحيوية في عصرنا الحالي؛ وتهتم الدراسة بتوضيح مفهوم الدليل الرقمي، وأنواعه، وأهم الخصائص المميزة للدليل الجنائي الرقمي، وأهم الوسائل التقليدية لاستخلاص الأدلة الجنائية الرقمية ومحاولة مواكبة هذا التطور الهائل عند قيام المجرم بجريمته المعلوماتية من خلال أساليب وتقنيات مختلفة ومتطورة؛ مما لزم استحداث أساليب وطرق حديثة لاستخلاص هذه الأدلة الرقمية التي ذكرت أبرزها في هذا البحث.
|b The topic of digital criminal evidence is one of the most important major topics of our age. Hence, the study dealt with the concept of digital evidence, its types, the most important distinguishing characteristics of the digital criminal evidence, the most important traditional means to retrieve the digital criminal evidence and attempt to keep pace with this enormous development when criminal commits cyber-crime using different and advanced methods and techniques. Matter that required developing new ways and methods to retrieve these digital evidences which I listed the most important of them in this research.
