|a استهدف البحث التعرف على متطلبات تطبيق أسلوب المعاهدة بمدارس التعليم العام من وجهة نظر مديري مدارس مدينة مكة المكرمة، وتحديد الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين استجابات أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغيرات المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة والمرحلة الدراسية التي يعمل بها، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واستخدم الاستبانة، وبلغت عينته (217) مديرا من مديري مدارس مدينة مكة المكرمة. وتوصل البحث إلى أن متطلبات تطبيق أسلوب المعاهدة جاءت بدرجة موافقة كبيرة، ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة حسب متغير المؤهل العلمي، وتوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة حسب متغير سنوات الخبرة في اتجاه المديرين ذوي سنوات الخبرة التي تتراوح من خمس سنوات إلى أقل من عشر سنوات، ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة حسب متغير المرحلة الدراسية التي يعملون بها على متطلبات تطبيق أسلوب المعاهدة.
|b The research aimed to identify the requirements of applying the treaty method in general education schools from the point of view of school principals in the city of Mecca, and to identify statistically significant differences between the responses of sample members due to the variables of: academic qualification, years of experience, and the educational stage in which one works. The research relied on the descriptive survey method and used a questionnaire amounted to (217) among school principals in the city of Mecca. The research concluded that the requirements of applying the treaty method got a high degree of agreement, and there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of the study sample according to the academic qualification variable, and there were statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of the study sample according to the years of experience variable in the direction of managers with experience years ranging from Five years to less than ten years, and there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of the study sample according to the variable of the educational stage in which they work on.
