The objectives of the paper were summarized in identifying the situation of irregular migration from the countries of the Horn of Africa, and the risks and threats of irregular migration to Sudan, And the role played by Sudan in terms of policies and programs to address the phenomenon of irregular migration. The problem of the paper was represented in the main question: What are the threats of irregular migration from the countries of the Horn of Africa to Sudan? Questions branch from it: What is the concept of migration? What are the political, economic and social threats to irregular migration? What is the role of Sudan in addressing the phenomenon of irregular migration? The paper followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the paper reached a set of results, including: that irregular migration has become an extended phenomenon that affects Sudan politically, economically, socially and securityly. that immigration Irregularity is a global issue that cannot be resolved by a single country, but rather requires the cooperation of countries of origin, transit and destination. The paper presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: activating deterrent laws for irregular migration and tightening control on Sudan’s borders, especially the eastern borders. Work to increase international cooperation in the field of human security and conclude bilateral, regional and international agreements with countries of origin, transit and destination, and with international organizations working in the field of combating irregular migration.
