|a يعتبر سرطان الثدي من أكثر أنواع السرطان شيوعا بين النساء، حيث تعاني مريضة سرطان الثدي من تعدد المصادر المسببة للضغط النفسي باعتبارها تضم أكثر المواقف إثارة للضغط النفسي، وأشارت عدد من الدراسات كدراسة (نجلاء العلالي، ۲۰۱۸) ودراسة (محمد نوفل، ۲۰۰۷) إلى أن العلاقة بين نصفي الدماغ الأيسر والأيمن علاقة تبادلية متكاملة، أي أن نصف الدماغ الأيمن يسيطر على وظائف النصف الأيسر من الجسم، والنصف الأيسر يسيطر على وظائف النصف الأيمن من الجسم، حيث يهدف البحث إلى معرفة العلاقة بين السيطرة الدماغية والضغوط النفسية لدى مريضات سرطان الثدي وتكونت العينة الاستطلاعية من (٥٠) مشاركة تراوحت أعمارهن ما بين ٣١ سنة إلى ٦٠ سنة وتكونت العينة الأساسية من (٥٠) مشاركة من مريضات سرطان الثدي، تراوحت أعمارهن ما بين أقل من ٣٠ سنة إلى أكثر من ٥٠ سنة، كما استخدم الباحثين عدة أدوات للحصول على نتائج الدراسة مثل: استبان البيانات الديموغرافية ومقياس السيطرة الدماغية ومقياس الضغوط النفسية وكانت أهم النتائج هي: "توجد علاقة بين الضغوط النفسية والسيطرة الدماغية لدى مريضات سرطان الثدي". وتوجد فروق في درجات أنماط السيطرة الدماغية والضغوط النفسية تعزى لمتغير العمر لدى مريضات "سرطان الثدي". وتوجد فروق في درجات أنماط السيطرة الدماغية والضغوط النفسية تعزى لمتغير مدة العلاج لدى مريضات سرطان الثدي. توجد فروق في درجات أنماط السيطرة الدماغية والضغوط النفسية تعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية لدى مريضات سرطان الثدي.
|b Breast cancer is one of the most common types of cancer among women, Breast cancer patients suffer from multiple sources of psychological stress, including the most stressful situations, A number of studies, such as the study (Najla Alali, 2018) and the study (Mohamed Nofal, 2007) , indicated that the relationship between the left and right hemispheres of the brain is an integrated, reciprocal relationship, meaning that the right hemisphere of the brain controls the functions of the left half of the body, and the left hemisphere controls the functions of the right half. From the body, as the research aims to find out the relationship of brain control and psychological stress among breast cancer patients. The exploratory sample consisted of (50) participants whose ages ranged from 31 years to 60 years. The basic sample consisted of (50) participants from breast cancer patients, Their ages ranged from less than 30 years to more than 50 years, The researchers also used several tools to obtain the results of the study, such as: Demographic data questionnaire, cerebral control scale, and psychological stress scale. The most important results were: “There is a relationship between psychological stress and brain control in breast cancer patients.” There are differences in the degrees of cerebral control patterns and psychological stress due to the variable age in breast cancer patients.
