|a إن هذه الدراسة بحثت في مدى تنظيم المشرع الأردني لحقوق الطفل في كافة التشريعات المحلية ابتداء من الدستور الأردني الذي نص بشكل صريح على حماية الأسرة والطفل، ومن ثم التشريعات المدنية كقانون الأحوال الشخصية وقانون العمل، وبالإضافة إلى التشريعات الجزائية كقانون الأحداث وقانون حماية الطفل وقانون الجرائم الإلكترونية، حيث هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إظهار دور المشرع الأردني واهتمامه في إيجاد تشريعات تتلاءم مع ما تتطلبه حقوق الطفل من توفير حماية لها.
|b This study examined the extent to which the Jordanian legislator regulates children’s rights in all local legislation, starting with the Jordanian Constitution, which explicitly stipulates the protection of the family and children, and then civil legislation such as the Personal Status Law and the Labor Law, in addition to penal legislation such as the Juvenile Law, the Child Protection Law, and the Cybercrime Law. This study aimed to show the role of the Jordanian legislator and his interest in creating legislation that is compatible with the protection required by children’s rights.
