|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل واقع المناولة في الجزائر وإبراز مساهمة بورصة المناولة والشراكة في ترقيتها. لاحظنا أن هذا المجال لم يرقى بعد إلى المستوى المطلوب، ولمعرفة السبب قمنا باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك بتحليل تطور نشاط المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة والمناولة، وإجراء دراسة حالة لبورصة المناولة والشراكة باستعمال أسلوب المقابلة وقمنا بتحليلها بطريقة تحليل المحتوى. توصلنا إلى أن عدم تطور المناولة نابع من العديد من الأسباب أهمها فجوة في التواصل بين المؤسسات الصناعية والمناولين وقلة الثقة في قدراتهم ومهاراتهم ما يلزم بورصة المناولة والشراكة العمل أكثر على التعريف بقدرات ومهارات تلك المؤسسات المناولة لدى المؤسسات الآمرة واستقطاب المزيد من الاستثمارات.
|b This research aims to analyze the state of Subcontracting in Algeria and highlight the contribution of Subcontracting & Partnership Exchanges in it promotion. However, the application of this method falls far short of the required level, to find out what causes this shortage; we used descriptive-analytical approach by analyzing the development of the activity of SMEs and subcontracting. Moreover, we conducted a case study of the Algerian SPXs using the interview method and analyzed it by using the content analysis method. We concluded that the lack of development of subcontracting stems from many reasons the most important is there is a weakness in the interconnection between industrial institutions and subcontractors due to a lack of trust among them. What requires SPXs to better identify the capabilities and skills of SMEs to the main-contractors, and attract more investment.
