|b This research is entitled: The legal justifications for the electronic criminalization of preaching speech through participation and admiration via cyberspace to give a picture of the legal reasons and justifications for electronic criminalization and the harsher penalties that take place through cyberspace. The research provides the general framework of the topic as it addresses the nature of cyberspace and the relationship of cyberspace to the legal rulings and the jurisprudential adaptation of participation. The admiration and legal justifications for criminalization through cyberspace and its cause, while highlighting the legal controls for criminalization through rooting, restriction, and theorizing.
