المستخلص: يستعرض هذا البحث الأسباب التي تحول دون السماع بين راويين تعاصرا، وأمكن تلاقيهما، بل في بعضها أنهما تلاقيا واجتمعا، ومع ذلك لم يسمع أحدهما من الآخر، فيخرج بهذا ما لم يمكن الاجتماع مكانا؛ كأن يكون أحدهما في بلد والآخر في بلد، ولا تعرف لكل واحد منهما رحلة إلى بلد الآخر، ويخرج أيضا ما أمكن الاجتماع مكانا، لكن لم يمكن السماع زمانا، كما لو روى الولد عن أبيه، وكان الولد دون التمييز حين وفاة والده، وهذه الأسباب التي هي موضوع البحث؛ منها ما يرجع إلى طبيعة الرواية، ومنها ما يرجع إلى طبيعة الشيخ وطريقته في أداء حديثه للطلاب، ومنها ما يرجع إلى طبيعة التلميذ وكيفية تحمله الحديث عن شيوخه، ومنها ما يتعلق بوقت السماع والإسماع وظرفه، ومنها الأمور والأحوال السياسية والاجتماعية، والشخصية، وحين النظر في هذه الأسباب يتفهم القارئ سبب تشديد النقاد في تتبع السماعات، وكونه عند الأكثر شرطا في قبول الحديث وإن أمكن السماع.

This research introduces the reasons that prevent hearing between two contemporaneous narrators, and the possibility of their meeting, and in some of them they even met and gathered, and yet one of them did not hear from the other, so this concludes, unless the meeting is possible in a place; such as if one of them is in one country and the other is in another country, and the journey of each of them to the other’s country is not known. It also applies if it is possible to meet but it is not possible to hear for a period of time, as if the son narrated on the authority of his father, and the son was without discernment when his father died, and these are the reasons that are research topic; some of them are due to the nature of the narration, some of them are due to the nature of the sheikh and his path of offering his speech to the students, some of them are due to the nature of the student and how he tolerates talking about his sheikhs, some of them are related to the time and circumstance of listening and listening, and some of them are related to political, social, and psychological matters and conditions, and when looking. In these reasons, the reader understands why critics are so strict in tracking the speakers, and that he is at the most important condition for accepting a hadith is listening, even if it is possible to listen.
