|a يمثل الفضاء الافتراضي مجالا خصبا لحرية التعبير، حيث يسمح للمستخدمين بالتعبير عن أفكارهم وانشغالاتهم والقضايا التي تهمهم، ويعتقد البعض أن الإنترنيت قد ساعدت على تعزيز قوى ومواقف الأفراد في الحصول على المعلومات وتمريرها، كما استطاعت تحدي أشكال الرقابة التقليدية المفروضة على وسائل الإعلام. فالحواجز في عصر النشر الإلكتروني انكسرت ولم تبقى هناك إلا مسؤولية الكاتب أو الناشر في توخي الأمانة والصدق والحفاظ على الذوق العام وحقوق الآخرين الفكرية والأدبية والاجتماعية، وقد أدى التطور الكبير في مجال تكنولوجيا الاتصال إلى إفراز إشكالا أخرى للاتصال لم تكن مألوفة من قبل كشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي والمدونات ومجموعات النقاش والحوار ومواقع تبادل الفيديو وغيرها من الفضاءات المتاحة للمستخدمين، كما مكنت الأفراد من المشاركة في نقل الأخبار والمعلومات بالصوت والصورة والتعبير عن الآراء في الفضاء الإلكتروني باعتبار هذا الفضاء لا يعترف بظاهرة الحدود والقيود الموجودة في الفضاء الفيزيقي المحسوس، وعليه بحثت الدراسة في إشكالية حدود الحرية التي تمنحها مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي للأفراد من اجل التعبير عن آرائهم.

The significant development of communication technology has created another previously unfamiliar communication problem such as social networks, blogs, discussion groups, dialogue, video exchange sites and other spaces available to users and enabled individuals to participate in the transmission of news and information by voice and image and the expression of opinions in cyberspace, as this space does not recognize the phenomenon of limits and limitations in perceived physical space, The study therefore examined the problem of the limitations of freedom granted by social media sites to individuals in order to express their views
