|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في كيفية مساهمة الذكاء الاصطناعي وتعلم الآلة في معظم العمليات الفنية والإدارية والتقنية في المكتبات ومؤسسات المعلومات؛ فالذكاء الاصطناعي يساهم في تسويق خدمات المعلومات، وقراءة صور أغلفة الكتب من أجل فهرستها وتصنيفها، وإدارة المجموعات، واستقراء متطلبات المستفيدين، وأمن المعلومات وإجراء الدراسات الببليومترية والببليوغرافية. كما يساهم في تطوير مشاريع تركز على محو الأمية المعلوماتية والاستخدام الكامل لموارد المعرفة، والوصول الرشيد والأخلاقي والحر إلى المعلومات، بما في ذلك التعليم والتدريب واستخدام الواقع الافتراضي، والاستخدام السليم لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، والتواصل والتعاون وكتابة الأبحاث. وقد خلصت الدراسة التي اعتمدت منهج البحث الوثائقي في جمع وتحليل البيانات إلى أن استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في المكتبات ومؤسسات المعلومات أمر طبيعي، ولكنه يحتاج إلى التدريب والمعرفة ويحتاج إلى أن تكون المكتبات محوسبة أولا.
|b This study aimed to investigate how artificial intelligence and machine learning contribute to most technical, administrative and technological processes in libraries and information institutions. Artificial intelligence contributes to marketing information services, reading books cover images for indexing and classification, managing collections, extrapolating beneficiaries' requirements, information security and conducting bibliometric and bibliographic studies. It also contributes to developing projects that focus on information literacy, full use of knowledge resources, rational, ethical and free access to information, including education, training and use of virtual reality, proper use of information technology, communications, communication, collaboration and research writing. The study, which adopted the documentary research approach in collecting and analyzing data, concluded that the use of artificial intelligence in libraries and information institutions is normal, but it requires training and knowledge and requires libraries to be computerized first.
