|a جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لتعرف بالإطار النظري للتحول الرقمي من مفاهيم ومجالات يتم تطبيقها عليه من إدارة رقمية إلى تعليم إلكتروني ووضع مكتبات رقمية تتضمن المراجع والمصادر اللازمة، مع شرح كيف نجحت وزارة التعليم العالي الجزائرية في اعتماد هذا التحول الرقمي في مواقع الجامعات والكليات. تم اعتماد دراسة حالة الجامعة الجزائرية لشرح المنصات الرقمية التي وضعتها ومدى فعاليتها في تسهيل الحياة الطلابية والعلاقة بين الأسرة الجامعية، مع عرض بوابة للإشعار بالأطروحات، منصة تبين البحث العلمي على مستوى الجامعات وبوابة للخدمات الجامعية المقدمة.
|b The objective of this paper is to recognize the aspect theoretical of the digital transformation from the concepts to the applications in his areas like the digital management and the E-learning and developing digital libraries wish includes necessary references and sources, we explain how the ministry Algerian of higher education succeeds in the application of the digital transformation in the universities and colleges. We use case study of the Algerian university to explain the digital platforms and those effects to simplified the relations between students, teachers and administrators, and show the portal national of reporting thesis, platform of the research scientific and portal of the services of university.
|d La rédaction de ce document de recherche à pour but de développer l’aspect théorique de la transformation numérique on mettant en évidence ses domaines d’applications comme l’administration numérique, E-Learning et les bibliothèques numériques qui fournissentdes sources et des références importantes. On explique aussi dans ce document comment le ministère de l’enseignement supérieur aappliqué la transformation numérique dans ses universités et ses facultés. On a adopté une étude de cas sur l’université Algérienne on expliquant les plateformes numériques qui ont été appliquées et leurs efficacités afin de faciliter la vie des étudiants et leurs relations avec le corps enseignants et l’administration, on citant exemple le portail national de signalement des thèses et la plateforme de la direction générale de la recherche scientifique et du développement technologique.
