|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تحديات البيئة المدرسية وأثرها على التحصيل الدراسي للتلاميذ في المرحلة الابتدائية في ولاية شرق دارفور محلية الضعين. حيث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في إجراء الدراسة وجمع المعلومات. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من معلمي المدارس الحكومية في ولاية شرق دارفور محلية الضعين حيث بلغ عددهم (83) معلم ومعلمة تم اختيارهم عن طريق العينة العشوائية من مجتمعهم الكلي البالغ (120) معلم ومعلمة. واستخدم الباحث الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وتم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية (spss) لمعالجة البيانات. حيث استخدم الباحث النسب المئوية والمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية وقيمة كاي 2. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1- توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بأن للمعلم أهمية فاعل في توجيه طلاب المرحلة الابتدائية نحو التحصيل الدراسي. 2- للإدارة المدرسية تأثير واضح وفعال في التحصيل الدراسي للتلاميذ في المرحلة الابتدائية. 3- البناء المدرسي ومرافقه يؤثر على التحصيل الدراسي لتلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية. التوصيات: 1- على الإدارة المدرسية الاهتمام بالبيئة المدرسية بشقيها البشري والمادي لان ذلك يساعد في التحصيل الدراسي للتلاميذ.
|b The study aimed to identify the challenges of the school environment and its impact on the academic achievement of primary school students in East Darfur State, El Daein Locality. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach in conducting the study and collecting information. The study community consisted of teachers in government schools in East Darfur State, El Daein Locality, where their number reached (83) male and female teachers who were selected through a random sample from their total community of (120) male and female teachers. The researcher used the questionnaire as a study tool, and the statistical package (SPSS) program was used to process the data. The researcher used percentages, arithmetic means, standard deviations and Chi-square value 2. The study reached the following results. There is a statistically significant relationship that the teacher has an effective role in directing primary school students towards academic achievement. The school administration has a clear and effective impact on the academic achievement of primary school students. The school building and its facilities affect the academic achievement of primary school students. Recommendations: The school administration should pay attention to the school environment, both human and material, because this helps in the academic achievement of students.
