المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مفهوم البعد الاجتماعي للتنمية المستدامة من منظور إسلامي ودراسته «دراسة تأصيلية»، والكشف عن الإطار الفلسفي لهذا البعد مع التأصيل من آيات القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية، ومناقشة التطبيقات التربوية للبعد الاجتماعي للتنمية المستدامة، وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأداته تحليل الوثائق واستخدام أسلوب الاستقراء، وقد توصل البحث إلى نتائج عدة من أهمها: إيضاح أن البعد الاجتماعي للتنمية المستدامة أشار إليه القرآن الكريم في آيات عديدة كمفهوم أصيل أكد عليه؛ يهتم البعد الاجتماعي للتنمية المستدامة بتنمية الإنسان ذاته وغرس القيم والأخلاق العالية كانعكاس على ذاته ومجتمعه؛ أن العمل وفق أحكام القرآن الكريم، وجعلها أسلوب حياة تحقق التوافق للأفراد والعيش بسلام وآمن نفسي؛ ضرورة الاهتمام بالمشاركة الفردية والجماعية والمجتمعية وإتاحة فرصة المشاركة الإنسان أساسا في إحداث التغيير المرغوب في شخصيته أو في المجتمع أو في كليهما للنهوض بالبعد الاجتماعي للتنمية المستدامة، ينبغي عرض النماذج الإسلامية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، والاستفادة من المنظور الإسلامي لها.

The research aims to identify the concept of the social dimension of sustainable development from the perspective of Islamic education and study it as “a fundamental study”, show the philosophical framework of this dimension with documentation from the verses of the Holy Quran and the Sunnah, and discuss the educational applications of the social dimension of sustainable development. The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach. Its tool is document analysis. She used the induction method. The research reached several findings, the most important are as follows: Illustrating that the Holy Quran indicated to the social dimension of sustainable development in many verses as a fundamental concept to be confirmed. The social dimension of sustainable development is concerned with developing the human being himself and instilling high values and morals as a reflection on himself and his society. Acting according to the provisions of the Holy Quran, and making them a way of life that achieves harmony for individuals and living in peace and psychological security. It is necessary to care about individual, collective and societal participation and providing an opportunity for human participation as a basis in making the desired change in his personality or in society or in both to advance the social dimension of sustainable development. Islamic models should be presented to achieve sustainable development, and benefit from the Islamic perspective of it.
