المستخلص: The essence of the establishment of human societies, justice, including states and political systems that relied on the concept of the social contract as a legal and political formula that defines the nature of the political relationship between individuals and the state, which in turn embodies the bond of citizenship, this relationship between the ruler and the ruled, which results in a set of rights and duties based on the principle of consent between all for the purpose of achieving common interests Justice as a moral virtue, a religious, political and economic value, and a social phenomenon has been associated since the dawn of history and under ancient societies and civilizations with the concept of religious divine justice in ancient theocratic governments and to this day in many countries, and political, legal and economic justice in modern political systems with secular, liberal, democratic or Marxist orientations, and justice is determined by its association with many values such as equality, freedom, truth, goodness, equity and wealth.
