|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع ومعوقات وأبرز متطلبات التطوير لدور الجمعيات الشبابية في تنمية القيم الخلقية لدى المستفيدين من وجهة نظر المشرفين. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف؛ استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة: أن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقون بدرجة عالية على واقع دور الجمعيات الشبابية في تنمية القيم الخلقية لدى المستفيدين، وموافقون بدرجة متوسطة على المعوقات التي تحد من دور الجمعيات الشبابية في تنمية القيم الخلقية لدى المستفيدين، وأن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقون بشدة على المتطلبات لتطوير دور الجمعيات الشبابية في تنمية القيم الخلقية لدى المستفيدين، وقدمت الدراسة تصور مقترحا اشتمل على: مبررات التصور المقترح، وأهدافه، ومحتواه الإجرائي، ومتطلبات تطبيقه.
|b The current study aims to identify the reality, obstacles, and the most prominent development requirements for the role of youth associations in developing moral values among beneficiaries from the viewpoint of supervisors. To achieve this objective, the researcher has adopted the descriptive survey approach. The findings of the study reveal that: The members of the study sample agreed to a high degree on the reality of the role at youth associations in developing moral values among the beneficiaries; They agreed to a moderate degree on the obstacles limit the role of youth associations in developing moral values among the beneficiaries. The members of the study community strongly agreed with the proposals to develop the role of youth associations in developing moral values among the beneficiaries. The study presents a proposal that includes: Justifications for the proposal, its objectives, procedural content, and the requirements for its application.
