|a نعالج في هذه الورقة التأصيل القانوني لفكرة القضاء الجنائي المتخصص في الجزائر الذي جاء على خلفية التطور الذي عرفته الجريمة مع تطور أفكار العولمة وانتشار أدوات وأساليب جديدة خاصة في مجال الاقتصاد ووسائل المعلوماتية الجديدة مع ظهور الفضاء الرقمي وتكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال. كما نتعرض إلى الآليات القانونية المستحدثة في الجزائر التي جاءت للتصدي الى هذه الظاهرة والتي تتمثل في الأقطاب القضائية الجزائية المتخصصة نوعيا (القطب الجزائي المختص في المجال الاقتصادي والمالي والقطب الجزائي المختص في التصدي للجرائم ذات الصلة بتكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال).
|b In this paper, we address the legal rooting of the idea of a specialized criminal judiciary in Algeria, which came against the backdrop of the development of crime with the development of ideas of globalization and the spread of new tools and methods, especially in the field of economy and new informatics, with the advent of digital space and information and communication technologies. We are also exposed to the legal mechanisms developed in Algeria that came to confront this phenomenon, represented in the criminal judicial poles (the economic and financial penal pole and the pole specialized in combating crimes related to information and communication technologies).
