هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الواقع الحالي للإمكانات المادية والبشرية للهيئة العامة لإستاد القاهرة، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب الدراسات المسحية بخطواته وإجراءاته، وقام الباحث باختيار عينة عشوائية قوامها (١٠٤) فردا من أعضاء مجلس إدارة هيئة إستاد القاهرة، ومديري العموم بالهيئة العامة لإستاد القاهرة، ومديري الإدارات المختلفة والأخصائيين والمشرفين العاملين بهيئة الإستاد، استعان الباحث لجمع البيانات المطلوبة للبحث بأكثر من وسيلة من وسائل جمع البيانات وهي: (تحليل الوثائق، استمارة الواقع الحالي للإمكانات المادية والبشرية للهيئة العامة لإستاد القاهرة)، ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة أن الهيئة العامة للإستاد القاهرة يعد صرحا رياضيا كبيرا يتضمن العديد من المنشآت الرياضية، وجميعها ذات مواصفات قانونية دولية. وتهتم الهيئة بالتوسعات في المنشآت الرياضية ومنها مشروع منشآت الدراجات، كما تهتم بعمليات الصيانات المتنوعة المختلفة لضمات جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمستفادين، فضلا عن نظافتها وتوفير الدعم اللوجستي كتوفير بوابات إلكترونية وكاميرات المراقبة ومنظومة الحماية ضد الحريق وأيضا بعمليات الإحلال والتجديد ورفع كفاءة منشأتها الرياضية ومرافقها فضلا يتوافر بالهيئة الكوادر البشرية المتخصصة لإدارة وتشغيل كافة المنشآت الرياضية.
The study aimed to identify the current reality of the material and human capabilities of the Cairo Stadium General Authority. The researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey method with its steps and procedures. The researcher selected a random sample of (104) individuals from the members of the Board of Directors of the Cairo Stadium Authority, the general managers of the Cairo Stadium General Authority, the directors of the various departments, specialists and supervisors working in the Stadium Authority. The researcher used more than one means of data collection to collect the data required for the research, namely: (document analysis, the current reality form of the material and human capabilities of the Cairo Stadium General Authority). One of the most important results of the study is that the Cairo Stadium General Authority is a large sports edifice that includes many sports facilities, all of which have international legal specifications. The Authority is interested in expansions in sports facilities, including the bicycle facilities project, and is also interested in various maintenance operations to ensure the quality of services provided to beneficiaries, in addition to their cleanliness and providing logistical support such as providing electronic gates, surveillance cameras, and a fire protection system, as well as replacement, renovation and upgrading of its sports facilities and facilities. The Authority also has specialized human cadres to manage and operate all sports facilities.
