المستخلص: توضح هذه الورقة العلمية أهمية وضرورة الممارسة المهنية الخاصة لمهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية بصفة عامة وطرقها الفرعية بصفة خاصة وطريقتها في العمل مع المجتمعات والمنظمات على وجه التحديد، من خلال وحدات عمل اجتماعي مهنية تابعة لمراكز العمل الاجتماعي الجامعي كوحدات ذات طابع خاص في كليات ومعاهد العمل الاجتماعي (محمود بالي، ۲۰۲۳) وخاصة في ضوء ما تسعى إليه المنظمات والجمعيات الوطنية للمهنة في مصر من صياغة وإصدار قانون لمزاولة المهنة، الذي يسمح لجميع منسوبي المهنة بشكل عام ولمنسوبي الطريقة بشكل خاص ممارسة مهنتهم سواء أكانوا على مستوى البكالوريوس أو الماجستير أو الدكتوراه أو على مستوى درجة أستاذ مساعد أو أستاذ، من خلال مراكز متخصصة للعمل المهني بكليات ومعاهد الخدمة الاجتماعية. حيث أصبحت ممارسة المهنة وإتقان مهاراتها ضرورة ملحة لا غنى عنها، ولا سبيل لتطوير المهنة وتطوير طرقها العلمية، إلا من خلال التزام منسوبيها بقواعد وأسس الممارسة المهنية، كمهنة قامت بالأساس على الممارسة منذ بدايات ظهورها والاعتراف بها، إذا ما أردنا إحداث تطوير حقيقي للمهنة ولطرقها على المستويات النظرية والعملية والبحثية. وعليه فإنه ينبغي على ممارسي الخدمة الاجتماعية العمل على الاهتمام بالممارسة المهنية الخاصة للمهنة ولطرقها المهنية المختلفة ولطريقتها في العمل مع المجتمعات والمنظمات بصفة خاصة من خلال الكليات والمعاهد ومن خلال المتخصصين في المؤسسات الأكاديمية والمراكز المهنية المتخصصة وفق قانون ينظم هذه الممارسات المهنية، حيث يعد ذلك أمرا في غاية الأهمية، يسهم في الارتقاء بطرق المهنة وبطريقتها في العمل مع المجتمعات والمنظمات على المستويات النظرية والعملية والبحثية، ويزيد من فعاليتها المجتمعية ومردود برامجها المهنية بشكل كبير، وعلى هذا فقد اهتمت هذه الورقة بوضع لائحة مقترحة لإنشاء وحدة للعمل مع المجتمعات والمنظمات ضمن مجموعة من الوحدات الفرعية الملحقة بمراكز متخصصة للعمل الاجتماعي الجامعي بكليات ومعاهد الخدمة الاجتماعية على غرار ما يتم العمل به بالمستشفيات الجامعية بكليات الطب، وذلك من خلال استقبال ومساعدة وحدات العمل المهني للطريقة (مجتمعات أو منظمات) أو ممثلين عنهم داخل الوحدة بمركز العمل الاجتماعي الجامعي بالكلية أو المعهد أو من خلال العمل المهني معهم في بيئاتهم المختلفة، كما توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مقترح لمبادرة عمل مهني من خلال وحدة العمل مع المجتمعات والمنظمات التابعة لمراكز العمل الاجتماعي الجامعي.

This paper explains the importance and necessity of social work private professional practice in general, especially its sub-methods and its method of working with communities and organizations in particular, through professional social work units affiliated with the University Social Work Centers as units with a special character in the faculties and institutes of social work (Mahmoud Bali, 2023). Especially in light of what the national organizations and associations of the profession in Egypt to formulate issue a law for practicing the profession, which allows all members of the profession in general and members of the method in particular to practice their profession, whether they are at the bachelor's, master's, or doctoral level, or at the level of assistant professor or professor, through specialized centers for professional work in colleges and institutes of social work. Practicing the profession and mastering its skills has become an urgent and indispensable necessity. The profession and its scientific methods can only be developed through the commitment of its members to the rules and foundations of professional practice. Since its inception and recognition, the social work profession has been based primarily on practice, if we want to achieve real development for the profession and its methods on the theoretical, practical and research levels. Accordingly, therefore, social work practitioners should work to pay attention to the profession's private professional practice, its various methods and its method of working with communities and organizations through colleges and institutes and through specialists in academic institutions and specialized professional centers according to a law that regulates these professional private practices. This very important matter contributes to the advancement of the profession methods and its method in working with communities and organizations at theoretical, practical and research levels, and greatly increases its societal effectiveness and the returns of its professional programs. Accordingly, this paper was interested in developing a proposed regulation to establish a unit to work with communities and organizations within a group of sub-units attached to specialized centers for university social work in colleges and institutes of social work, similar to what is done in university hospitals in colleges of medicine, by receiving and assisting the professional work units of the method (communities or organizations) or their representatives within the unit at the university social work center in the college or institute or through professional work with them in their various environments, this study also came up with a proposal for a professional work initiative through working with Communities and Organizations Unit which affiliated to university social work centers.
