|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد متطلبات تنمية المهارات الاجتماعية (مهارة حل المشكلة -مهارة تكوين العلاقات المهنية مهارة المسئولية الاجتماعية المهارات الاتصالية) للعاملين بالوحدات الاجتماعية في ضوء معايير الجودة، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، واعتمدت على الاستبيان وتكونت عينة الدراسة من ٤٦ مفردة، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن أن مهارة حل المشكلة التي يجب تنميتها للعاملين بالوحدات الاجتماعية جاءت بمستوى متوسط بمتوسط حسابي (۲,۳۰)، أن مهارة تكوين العلاقات الاجتماعية التي يجب تنميتها للعاملين بالوحدات الاجتماعية جاءت بمستوى مرتفع بمتوسط حسابي (٢,٥٢)، وأن مهارة المسئولية الاجتماعية التي يجب تنميتها للعاملين بالوحدات الاجتماعية جاءت بمستوى مرتفع بمتوسط حسابي (٢,٥٨)، وأن المهارات الاتصالية التي يجب تنميتها للعاملين بالوحدات الاجتماعية جاءت بمستوى مرتفع بمتوسط حسابي (٢,٦٢)، هذا وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة عقد برامج تدريبية للتدريب وتنمية مهارات العاملين بالوحدات الاجتماعية، وضرورة سعى العاملين لتطوير ذاتهم حتى يكونوا قادرين على التعامل مع المستفيدين بكافة مستوياتهم المختلفة.
|b The study aimed to identify the requirements for developing social skills (problem solving skills- professional relationship building skills- social responsibility skills- communication skills) for workers in social units in light of quality standards. The study used the descriptive approach and relied on the questionnaire. The study sample consisted of 46 items. The results of the study showed that the problem solving skill that must be developed for workers in social units came at an average level with an arithmetic mean (2.30), that the social relationship building skill that must be developed for workers in social units came at a high level with an arithmetic mean (2.52), that the social responsibility skill that must be developed for workers in social units came at a high level with an arithmetic mean (2.58), and that the communication skills that must be developed for workers in social units came at a high level with an arithmetic mean (2.62). The study recommended the necessity of holding training programs to train and develop the skills of workers in social units, and the necessity for workers to strive to develop themselves so that they are able to deal with beneficiaries at all their different levels.
