المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة درجة ممارسة القيادات في الجامعات الأردنية في الشمال للقيادة الذكية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وقد تكونت العينة من (۲۰۰) عضو هيئة تدريس في الجامعات الأردنية في الشمال، وتوصلت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة القيادات في الجامعات الأردنية في الشمال للقيادة الذكية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس جاءت مرتفعة، حيث جاء بعد الرؤية الاستراتيجية بالمرتبة الأولى وبأعلى متوسط حسابي وقدرة (۳.۹۷) وبدرجة تقدير مرتفعة، بينما جاء بعد التواصل الفعال بالمرتبة الأخيرة وبأدنى متوسط حسابي وقدرة (٣.٦٥) وبدرجة تقدير متوسطة، كما وتبين عدم جود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α = 0.05) في درجة ممارسة القيادات في الجامعات الأردنية في الشمال للقيادة الذكية تعزى لأثر متغيرات (نوع الجامعة، عدد سنوات الخبرة، نوع الكلية)، ومن أبرز التوصيات توفير برامج تدريبية متخصصة تهدف إلى تطوير مهارات القيادة الذكية لدى القيادات الجامعية، مما يسهم في بقاء أدائهم مرتفعًا وبالتالي تعزيز فعالية المؤسسات الأكاديمية.

The current research aims to know the degree of leadership practice in Jordanian universities in the north of smart leadership from the point of view of faculty members, where the descriptive approach was used, and the sample consisted of (200) faculty members in Jordanian universities in the north, and the results showed that the degree of leadership practice in Jordanian universities in the north of smart leadership from the point of view of faculty members was high, as the dimension of strategic vision came in first place with the highest arithmetic mean and ability (3.97) and a high degree of appreciation, while the dimension of effective communication came in last place with the lowest arithmetic mean and ability (3.65) and a medium degree of appreciation, and it was found that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) in the degree of leadership practice in Jordanian universities in the north of smart leadership attributed to the effect of variables (university type, number of years of experience, college type), and The most important recommendations are to provide specialized training programs aimed at developing smart leadership skills among university leaders, which contributes to maintaining their high performance and thus enhancing the effectiveness of academic institutions.
