|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على متطلبات تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي في إدارة المنشآت الرياضية بالقوات المسلحة. وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي (الأسلوب المسحي)، حيث قام الباحث باختيار عينه البحث بالطريقة العمدية من الكوادر الرياضية بجهاز الرياضة للقوات المسلحة وجميع الضباط العاملين بالمنشآت الرياضية بالقوات المسلحة، حيث بلغت حجم العينة الأساسية (٥٤) فردا، واستخدمت المقابلة الشخصية والاستبيان كأدوات لجمع البيانات المطلوبة للدراسة، ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة: يتوفر الدعم المالي اللازم لتدريب الموارد البشرية وتأهيلهم على استخدام التكنولوجية الحديثة وللاستعانة بمدربين مؤهلين لتدريب العاملين على تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي، وأيضا لتصميم البرامج الذكاء الاصطناعي المطلوبة في العمليات الإدارية، حيث يوجد موقع إلكتروني فعال للمنشآت الرياضية على شبكة الإنترنت.
|b This research aims to identify the requirements for applying artificial intelligence in the management of sports facilities in the Armed Forces. The researcher used the descriptive approach (survey method), where the researcher deliberately selected the research sample from the sports cadres of the Armed Forces Sports Authority and all officers working in sports facilities in the Armed Forces, where the size of the basic sample reached (54) individuals, and the personal interview and questionnaire were used as tools to collect the data required for the study. Among the most important results of the study: The necessary financial support is available to train human resources and qualify them to use modern technology and to hire qualified trainers to train workers on the application of artificial intelligence, and also to design the artificial intelligence programs required in administrative operations, as there is an effective website for sports facilities on the Internet.
