المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم نموذج مقترح لتطوير إدارة برامج الدراسات العليا البينية في الجامعات السعودية في ضوء الخبرات العالمية، من خلال التعرف على واقع إدارة برامج الدراسات العليا البينية في الجامعة السعودية، والصعوبات التي تواجه تطوير إدارة برامج الدراسات العليا البينية، ومتطلبات تطوير إدارة برامج الدراسات العليا البينية، وذلك من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات السعودية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدم المنهج الوصفي، والاستبانة كأداة للدراسة التي طبقت على عينة عشوائية بلغت (450) عضوا، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج، أبرزها: - أن واقع إدارة برامج الدراسات العليا البينية في الجامعات السعودية من وجهة نظر أفراد الدراسة جاءت بدرجة متوسطة. - أن الصعوبات التي تواجه تطوير إدارة برامج الدراسات العليا البينية في الجامعات السعودية من وجهة نظر أفراد الدراسة جاءت بدرجة عالية. - أن متطلبات تطوير إدارة برامج الدراسات العليا البينية في الجامعات السعودية من وجهة نظر أفراد الدراسة جاءت بدرجة عالية. - استفادت الدراسة من الخبرات العالمية في بناء النموذج المقترح، وقد شملت الخبرات إدارة برامج الدراسات العليا البينية في: جامعة إلينوي وجامعة رود آيلاند ومعهد بيكمان للعلوم والتكنولوجيا المتقدمة بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وجامعة جلاسكو في بريطانيا، وجامعة مونتريال بكندا، وجامعة حلون بجمهورية مصر العربية. - تقديم نموذج مقترح لتطوير إدارة برامج الدراسات العليا البينية في الجامعات السعودية في ضوء الخبرات العالمية.

The study aims to present a proposed model for the development of managing interdisciplinary graduate studies programs in Saudi universities in light of international experiences, by identifying the reality of managing interdisciplinary graduate studies programs in Saudi universities, detecting obstacles that limit the development of managing interdisciplinary graduate studies programs, and determining the requirements to develop the management of interdisciplinary graduate studies programs from the faculty members' point of view in Saudi universities. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive method was used and the questionnaire as a study tool, which was applied on a random sample of (450) academic staff members. The study reached several results, and the most significant are the following: The reality of managing interdisciplinary graduate studies programs in Saudi universities from the point of view of the study's participants came at an average degree. The obstacles that limit the development of managing interdisciplinary graduate studies programs in Saudi universities from the point of view of the study's participants came at a high degree. The requirements to develop the management of interdisciplinary graduate studies programs in Saudi universities from the point of view of the study's participants came at a high degree. The study benefited from international Experiences in building the proposed model. The experts included the management of the interdisciplinary graduate studies programs in the University of Illinois, the University of Rhode Island, and the Beckman Institute for Advanced Science and Technology in the United States, the University of Glasgow in Britain, the University of Montreal in Canada, and the University of Helwan in Egypt. The presentation of a proposed model for the development of managing interdisciplinary graduate studies programs in Saudi universities in light of international Experiences.
