المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى ترجمة وتقنين مقياس إدارة الذات الرقمية للمعاقين سمعيا لدى عينة تتكون من (١٥٠) طالب وطالبة من الطلاب المراهقين ذوي الإعاقة السمعية من الفئة العمرية (١٢-۲۰) عاما بمتوسط حسابي (١٦,٤) وانحراف معياري (٢,٦٧) بمدارس الأمل للصم ومراكز التربية الخاصة بمحافظة القليوبية، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، وتم استخدام مقياس إدارة الذات الرقمية من إعداد (Mirko Duradoni 2023، ترجمة وتقنين الباحثة) كأداة للبحث، كما تم حساب معامل الثبات باستخدام طريقة معامل ألفا كرونباخ، حيث بلغت قيمة معامل ألفا كرونباخ (٠,٧٣٦)، بينما بلغ معامل التجزئة النصفية (٠,٨٤٠)، مما يشير إلى ثبات داخلي جيد على مستوى المقياس بأكمله. هذه القيم المرتفعة تؤكد على دقة المقياس وقدرته على قياس إدارة الذات الرقمية لدى المعاقين سمعيا بطريقة موثوقة ومتسقة، أما في الصدق فقد تم حساب الصدق عن طريق صدق المحكمين وكذلك باستخدام الاتساق الداخلي تم حساب معاملات الارتباط باستخدام معامل بيرسون (Pearson) بين درجات كل بعد والدرجة الكلية للمقياس، كما أن تشبعات العبارات على العوامل المختلفة كانت مرتفعة، حيث تراوحت بين (٠,٦٩٠) و(٠,٩٤٦)، مما يعكس قوة ارتباط العبارات بالأبعاد الكامنة. هذه النتائج تشير إلى أن المقياس يتمتع بمستوى عال من الصدق، وأظهرت النتائج هذه القيم المرتفعة تؤكد على دقة المقياس وقدرته على قياس إدارة الذات الرقمية لدى المعاقين سمعيا بطريقة موثوقة ومتسقة أثبت صلاحية المقياس للتطبيق على عينة من الطلاب في البيئة المصرية.

The current research aims to translate and standardize the digital self-management scale for the hearing impaired among a sample of (150) male and female students from adolescent students with hearing disabilities from the age group (12-20) years with an arithmetic mean (16.4) and a standard deviation (2.67) in Al-Amal Schools for the Deaf and Special Education Centers in Qalyubia Governorate. The research used the descriptive approach, and the digital self-management scale prepared by (Mirko Duradoni 2023, translated and standardized by: the researcher) was used as a research tool. The reliability coefficient was calculated using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient method, where the value of the Cronbach's alpha coefficient reached (0.736), while the split-half coefficient reached (0.840), which indicates good internal stability at the level of the entire scale. These high values confirm the accuracy of the scale and its ability to measure digital self-management among the hearing impaired in a reliable and consistent manner. As for validity, validity was calculated using the validity of the arbitrators and also using internal consistency. Correlation coefficients were calculated using Pearson's coefficient between the scores of each dimension and the total score of the scale. The saturations of the statements on the different factors were also high, ranging between (0.690) and (0.946), which reflects the strength of the association of the statements with the latent dimensions. These results indicate that the scale has a high level of factorial validity. The results showed these high values confirming the accuracy of the scale and its ability to measure digital self-management among the hearing impaired in a reliable and consistent manner. The validity of the scale was proven for application to a sample of students in the Egyptian environment.
