المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى دراسة العلاقة بين توظيف التقنيات الذكية للتصميم الداخلي بدور رعاية المسنين (التشطيبات الذكية للمؤسسة- الأثاث والمكملات الذكية للمؤسسة -الأدوات والأجهزة المؤسسية الذكية) وجودة البيئة السكنية (الراحة السكنية- المرونة السكنية -الأمان السكني) كما يدركها المسن. تم استيفاء البيانات من خلال تطبيق استمارة البيانات العامة، استبيان توظيف التقنيات الذكية للتصميم الداخلي بدور رعاية المسنين واستبيان جودة البيئة السكنية كما يدركها المسن، على عينة عمدية قوامها (١٠٨) من المسنين بمحافظتي المنوفية والقاهرة، الذين يشترط أن يكونوا من المسنين المقيمين إقامة دائمة بدور رعاية المسنين، وممن تسمح حالتهم الصحية بالمقابلة الشخصية، وبإتباع المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، وتبويب البيانات واستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة عبر برنامج Spss. V.21. وتمثلت أهم نتائج الدراسة في الآتي: أن ٧٥% من المسنين عينة البحث ذو مستوى إدراك منخفض ومتوسط بتوظيف التقنيات الذكية للتصميم الداخلي بدور رعاية المسنين وذلك بجمع المستويين معا، كما أن مستوى جودة البيئة السكنية جاء بنسبة 94.4% للمستويين المنخفض والمتوسط معا، كما تبين وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى 0.001 بين توظيف التقنيات الذكية للتصميم الداخلي بدور رعاية المسنين بمحاوره وجودة البيئة السكنية كما يدركها المسن، كما تبين وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات إدراك المسنين عينة البحث لتوظيف التقنيات الذكية بمحاوره تبعا لنوع الدار لصالح المسنين المقيمين في دار خاص برسوم، وتبعا للمستوى التعليمي لصالح المسنين ذوى التعليم المرتفع، وتبعا للدخل الشهري للمسن لصالح ذوى الدخل المرتفع (٥٠٠٠ فأكثر). كما تبين وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات إدراك المسنين لجودة البيئة السكنية بمحاورها تبعا لنوع الدار لصالح الإقامة في دار خاص برسوم- مدة الإقامة بالدار لصالح (٥ سنوات فأكثر)- عدد المسنين بالغرفة لصالح من يسكنون بمفردهم بالغرفة- المستوى التعليمي للمسن لصالح المسنين ذوى التعليم المرتفع. كما تشير نتائج الدراسة إلى أن متغير التعليم ومحور الأثاث والمكملات الذكية للمؤسسة هما الأكثر تأثيرا معنويا في تفسير التباين في جودة البيئة السكنية. أهم التوصيات: بتعاون وزارة التضامن مع وزارة الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية في وضع خطة لتوظيف التقنيات الذكية بجميع دور المسنين مما يوفر لهم الراحة والأمان السكني، إضافة إلى تبني وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي بالتعاون مع الشركاء الآخرين، متمثلين في كل من وزارة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات المصرية- وزارة الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية- وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي- المجلس الأعلى للإعلام تطبيق الرؤية المقترحة لما قد تسهمه في تغير إيجابي في دور رعاية المسنين، مما ينعكس بصورة مباشرة على جودة البيئة السكنية التي يعيشون فيها. وتخصيص اعتمادات مالية كافية في موازنة الدولة لدعم وتطوير جميع دور رعاية المسنين على مستوى محافظات مصر بأكملها، قيام الباحثين في مجال إدارة المنزل والمؤسسات بإجراء برامج إرشادية من شأنها رفع وعي المسنين بكيفية توظيف التقنيات الذكية في دور المسنين لهم مما ينعكس إيجابيا على إدراك المسن لجودة البيئة السكنية بهذه الدور.

The current research aims to examine the relationship between the use of smart technologies for interior design in The Elderly Homes (smart finishes of the institution - furniture and smart supplements of the institution - smart institutional tools and devices) and the quality of the residential environment (residential comfort-residential flexibility-residential security) as realized by the elderly. The data were met through the application (General Data Form, Smart Technologies Application for Interior Design in The Elderly Homes, Quality of Residential Environment as realized by the elderly) On a deliberate sample of (108) elderly people in the governorates of Menoufia and Cairo, who must be elderly people permanently residing in nursing homes, and whose health condition allows for a personal interview, following the descriptive and analytical curriculum, compiling data and using appropriate statistical methods through the Spss. V. 21 program. The study found the following results:

0.75% of elderly people sample research with low and average seniors perception level using smart technologies for interior design in The Elderly Homes by bringing the two levels together The quality of the residential environment is 94.4% for both low and medium levels. It also shows that there is a statistically relevant correlation between the use of smart technologies for interior design in The Elderly Homes with their axes and the quality of the residential environment as perceived by the elderly And there are statistically significant differences between the averages of the seniors' perception of the research sample to employ smart technologies with their interlocutors depending on the type of home for the elderly residing in a fee house, Depending on the educational level for the elderly with higher education, and depending on the age's monthly income for the elderly with higher incomes (5,000 and more). Statistically significant discrepancies have also been found between the averages of older persons' perception of the quality of the residential environment with its axes depending on the type of home in favour of residency in a house with fees - the duration of residence in the house for the benefit of (5 years and more) - the number of older persons in the room for the benefit of single residents in the room - the level of education for the elderly with higher education. The results of the study also indicate that the education variable, the furniture axis and the institution's smart supplements are the most morally influential in explaining the variation in the quality of the residential environment. The study recommended that the Ministry of Solidarity cooperate with the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities in developing a plan to employ smart technologies in all elderly homes, thereby providing them with comfort and housing security, as well as adopting the Ministry of Social Solidarity in cooperation with other partners (Egyptian Ministry of Communications and Information Technology - Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities - Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research - Ministry of Information) Applying the proposed vision of what may contribute to positive change in The Elderly Homes, which directly reflects the quality of the residential environment in which they live. Allocating adequate funds in the state budget to support and develop all The Elderly Homes throughout Egypt's governorates, Researchers in the field of home and institutional management should conduct guidance programmes that would raise the elderly’s awareness of how to employ smart technologies in their nursing homes, which would positively reflect on the elderly’s awareness of the quality of the residential environment in these homes.
