المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى "تطوير المهارات الرقمية كمدخل للتنمية المهنية لأخصائي التربية المسرحية في ضوء متطلبات العصر الرقمي "التعرف على واقع المهارات الرقمية لدى أخصائي التربية المسرحية، ومدى إدراكهم لأهمية تطويرها لتحقيق التنمية المهنية، بالإضافة إلى تحديد السبل الكفيلة بتعزيز هذه المهارات بما يتناسب مع متطلبات العصر الرقمي، استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي كمنهج رئيسي، واعتمد على استبانة لجمع البيانات، والتي طبقت على عينة بلغت (٨٤٥) أخصائيين للتربية المسرحية. وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: - انخفاض مستوى وعي الأخصائيين بأهمية المهارات الرقمية، حيث كانت استجاباتهم غالبا بين "أحيانا" ونادرا"، مما يعكس ضرورة تعزيز فهمهم للدور المحوري للتكنولوجيا في تحسين الأنشطة المسرحية وتطوير جودة التعليم المسرحي. - محدودية استخدام الأخصائيين للأدوات الرقمية في تصميم وتنفيذ الأنشطة المسرحية، خاصة في مجالات مثل تقنيات الإضاءة والصوت الرقمية وتحويل النصوص التقليدية إلى عروض تفاعلية، مما يؤكد الحاجة إلى برامج تدريبية متخصصة لتطوير هذه المهارات. - وجود معوقات جوهرية تحول دون تطوير المهارات الرقمية لأخصائي التربية المسرحية، تمثلت في ضعف الدعم المالي والإداري اللازم لتوفير التقنيات الحديثة والبرامج التدريبية المتخصصة، بالإضافة إلى محدودية توفر الأجهزة الرقمية المناسبة وضعف البنية التحتية التقنية. كما أبرزت الدراسة وجود معوقات ثقافية تتجلى في مقاومة البعض لفكرة دمج التكنولوجيا في العملية التعليمية المسرحية، مما يحد من إمكانية توظيفها بشكل فعال. - أوصى البحث بضرورة اعتماد خطط تدريبية شاملة تركز على رفع كفاءة أخصائي التربية المسرحية في استخدام الأدوات والتقنيات الرقمية الحديثة، مع العمل على تعزيز الوعي بأهمية هذه المهارات في تحسين مخرجات الأنشطة المسرحية وتنمية التفاعل الإبداعي مع الطلاب.

The research titled "Developing Digital Skills as an Approach to Professional Development for Theater Education Specialists in Light of the Requirements of the Digital Era" aimed to explore the current state of digital skills among theater education specialists and their awareness of the importance of developing these skills to achieve professional growth. It also sought to identify effective strategies for enhancing these skills in line with the demands of the digital age. The study employed the descriptive method as its primary approach and utilized a questionnaire to collect data, which was administered to a sample of 845 theater education specialists. The research reached several key findings, including: - The level of awareness among specialists regarding the importance of digital skills was found to be low, with their responses often ranging between "sometimes" and "rarely." This highlights the need to enhance their understanding of the pivotal role technology plays in improving theatrical activities and advancing the quality of theater education. - The use of digital tools by specialists in designing and implementing theatrical activities was limited, particularly in areas such as digital lighting and sound technologies and transforming traditional scripts into interactive performances. This underscores the necessity for specialized training programs to develop these skills. - Significant obstacles hinder the development of digital skills among theater education specialists. These include insufficient financial and administrative support to provide modern technologies and specialized training programs, limited access to appropriate digital devices, and weak technical infrastructure. Additionally, the study highlighted cultural barriers, such as resistance from some individuals to integrating technology into theater education, which restricts its effective utilization. The study recommended the adoption of comprehensive training plans focused on enhancing the proficiency of theater education specialists in using modern digital tools and technologies. Furthermore, it emphasized the importance of raising awareness of the critical role these skills play in improving the outcomes of theatrical activities and fostering creative interaction with students.
