المستخلص: قام الباحث بدراسة بهدف دراسة الظاهرة كما توجد في الواقع، ويهتم بوصفها وصفا دقيقا، وجمع المعلومات والبيانات عنها والتعبير عنها كمًا كيفًا، بالإضافة إلى كل ما يتمتع به هذا المنهج من قدرة على وصف الظاهرة التي يدرسها وتحديد وضعها الحالي، والتعرف على جوانب القوة والضعف فيها، وتفسير البيانات وتوفير المعلومات التي تساعد على توضيح الظاهرة وبيان أسبابها واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي (أسلوب الدراسات المسحية) وذلك لملائمته لطبيعة البحث وتحقيقا لأهدافه وقام الباحث باختيار عينة البحث كما تم ذكرها من مجتمع البحث المتمثل في مسئولي مؤسسات إعداد القادة الرياضيين والصقل المهني بجمهورية مصر العربية قام الباحث بالأدوات الآتية في الحصول على البيانات والمعلومات اللازمة لتحقيق أهداف بحثه والإجابة على تساؤلاته: أولًا: تحليل الوثائق والسجلات ثانيًا: المقابلات الشخصية ثالثا: الملاحظة: رابعا: الاستبيان: وكانت أهم النتائج تظهر (الاعتماد "البرامجي- المؤسسي- المهني") في المؤسسات العاملة في مجال إعداد القادة الرياضيين بالافتقاد إلى جهة معتمدة خاصة باعتماد هذه المؤسسات العاملة بالمجال، وعلى الرغم من وجود معايير يتم على أساسها اختيار القائمين على التدريس كما ذكرت أغلبية المستجيبين بالرغم من عدم وجود نص رسمي يذكر هذه المعايير وكذلك اتخاذ هذه المؤسسات الإجراءات الخاصة بعناصر الجودة في البرامج وتعزيزها نجد النقص في وجود اعتمادات مؤسسية وبرامجية ومهنية داخل هذه المؤسسات، فعملية الاعتماد قد تكون منعدمة في قطاع إعداد القادة الرياضيين.

The researchers studied with the aim of studying the phenomenon as it exists in reality, and is interested as an accurate description, and collecting information and data about it and expressing it qualitatively, in addition to all the ability of this approach to describe the phenomenon it studies and determine its current status, and identify its strengths and weaknesses, and interpret data and provide information that helps to clarify the phenomenon and indicate its causes The researchers used the descriptive approach (survey studies method) in order to suit the nature of the research and to achieve its objectives, and the researchers selected the research sample as mentioned by the research community represented in the officials of the institutions for preparing sports leaders and professional refinement in the Republic of Egypt Arabic The researchers with the following tools in obtaining the data and information necessary to achieve the objectives of his research and answer his questions: First: Analysis of documents and records Second: Personal Interviews: Third: Observation: Fourth: Questionnaire: The most important results appear (accreditation "programmatic- institutional- professional") in institutions working in the field of preparing sports leaders by lacking an accredited body for the accreditation of these institutions working in the field, and despite the existence of criteria on the basis of which those in charge of teaching are selected as mentioned by the majority of respondents despite the absence of an official text mentioning these standards, as well as these institutions taking measures for quality elements in programs and enhancing them, we find the lack of institutional, programmatic and professional accreditations within these institutions, accreditation may be non-existent in the sports leadership development sector
