المستخلص: تمثل تقنية التوأمة الرقمية وسيلة حديثة وفعالة لحفظ وتوثيق التراث الثقافي بطرق تفاعلية ومتطورة؛ إذ يتسنى للمجتمعات الحفاظ على تراثها الثقافي بشكل دقيق وشامل؛ حيث يمكن استخدام التوأمة الرقمية في تسجيل الصوت والفيديو والعروض الفنية والمسرحية، وتوثيق النصوص والصور والرسوم، وتوثيق العادات والتقاليد والتراث الشفهي، وذلك من خلال إنشاء تطبيقات ومنصات رقمية تفاعلية لاستكشاف التراث بشكل مبتكر، مما يجعله أكثر جاذبية للجمهور وييسر نقله للأجيال القادمة، فضلاً عن أن تقنية التوأمة الرقمية تتيح وصولاً أوسع للتراث الثقافي؛ إذ يمكن نشره ومشاركته عبر الشبكة العنكبوتية وخلال وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي؛ مما يعزز التواصل الثقافي والتفاعل بين الثقافات المختلفة. وعليه فهذا البحث يهدف إلى استكشاف كيفية توظيف تقنية التوأمة الرقمية في مجال حفظ التراث الثقافي، وتحليل أثرها على العمليات التقليدية، وتقييم فعالية استخدامها في توثيق وإعادة إحياء التراث الثقافي، كما يسلط الضوء على الفرص التي تفتحها التوأمة الرقمية للمجتمعات المحلية في المحافظة على هويتها الثقافية وتعزيز التفاعلي مع التراث بطرق جديدة، مستخدماً في ذلك المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من أجل التعرف على أفضل الممارسات المستخدمة في تقنية التوأمة الرقمية لحفظ التراث الثقافي، وتحليل دور هذه التقنية لاستكشاف التحديات والمعوقات التي قد تواجه عمليات توثيق التراث الثقافي باستخدام تلك التقنية، وذلك من أجل الوصول إلى تقديم توصيات عملية لتعزيز استخدام تقنية التوأمة الرقمية في المستقبل، ومحاولة إدراك مدى تأثيرها على الوعي الثقافي والتراثي للمجتمعات المحلية، وقد أسفر ذلك عن مجموعة من النتائج؛ أهمها: تقديم نماذج أو أدوات توثيق جديدة قائمة على التوأمة الرقمية، إبراز الفوائد الثقافية والتاريخية لاستخدام التوأمة الرقمية في حفظ التراث؛ تحديد توجيهات عملية للمؤسسات المعنية بشأن كيفية تنفيذ تقنية التوأمة الرقمية في مشاريع حفظ التراث، ومن خلال هذه النتائج توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات من أبرزها: أهمية تعزيز التعاون بين المؤسسات الثقافية والتكنولوجية لتطوير وتنفيذ مشاريع توظيف التوأمة الرقمية في حفظ التراث، ضرورة تطوير أدوات ومنصات تقنية مخصصة لتوثيق وحفظ التراث باستخدام تقنية التوأمة الرقمية تلائم احتياجات ومتطلبات مجال حفظ التراث؛ توجيه الاهتمام نحو المعايير والممارسات القياسية؛ مما يسهم في توحيد الجهود وضمان جودة النتائج.

Digital twin technology represents a modern and effective means of preserving and documenting cultural heritage in interactive and advanced ways. Societies can preserve their cultural heritage accurately and comprehensively. Digital twinning can be used to record audio, video, artistic and theatrical performances, document texts, images and drawings, and document customs, traditions and oral heritage. This is done by creating applications and interactive digital platforms to explore heritage. In an innovative way, which makes it more attractive to the public and facilitates its transfer to future generations, in addition to the fact that digital twin technology provides broader access to cultural heritage. It can be published and shared across the Internet and through social media, which enhances cultural communication and interaction between different culturals. Accordingly, this research aims to explore how to employ digital twin technology in the field of cultural heritage preservation, analyze its impact on traditional processes, and evaluate the effectiveness of its use in documenting and reviving cultural heritage. It also highlights the opportunities that digital twinning opens for local communities in preserving their cultural identity and enhancing interaction with heritage in new ways. Using the descriptive and analytical approach in order to identify the best practices used in digital twin technology to preserve cultural heritage and analyze the role of this technology to explore the challenges and obstacles that may face the process of documenting cultural heritage using this technology, in order to arrive at providing practical recommendations to enhance the use of digital twin technology in the future. And an attempt to realize the extent of its impact on the cultural and heritage awareness of local communities, and this has resulted in a set of results: The most important of which are: presenting new models or documentation tools based on digital twinning, highlighting the cultural and historical benefits of using digital twinning in heritage preservation. Determine practical directions for concerned institutions regarding how to implement digital twin technology in heritage preservation projects. Through these results, the research reached a set of recommendations and proposals, the most prominent of which are: The importance of strengthening cooperation between cultural and technological institutions to develop and implement projects employing digital twinning in heritage preservation. The necessity of developing specialized technical tools and platforms for documenting and preserving heritage using digital twin technology that suits the needs and requirements of the field of heritage preservation. Directing attention to standards and standard practices, which contributes to unifying efforts and ensuring the quality of results.
