هدف البحث: يهدف البحث إلى تقويم "لائحة المسابقات" بالاتحاد المصري للتنس للتعرف على نقاط القوة والضعف باللائحة من خلال تحليل القواعد والأحكام. عينة البحث: تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية الطبقية من العاملين خلال الموسم الرياضي ۲۰۲۳/ ۲۰۲٤ وبلغ عددهم (۱۲۱) فردًا كعينة أساسية، كما تم اختيار عدد (۳۰) فرد من مجتمع البحث ومن خارج عينة البحث كعينة استطلاعية لحساب المعاملات العلمية لاستمارة الاستبيان (الصدق- الثبات). أدوات جمع البيانات: الاستبيان- المقابلة الشخصية- تحليل المحتوى والمراجع العلمية الاستنتاجات: 1- ضرورة تحديث اللوائح: تبين أن لائحة المسابقات الحالية بالاتحاد المصري للتنس تحتاج إلى تحديث دوري لمواكبة التطورات الدولية في رياضة التنس وضمان تطبيق أحدث المعايير والممارسات. ٢- وجود تفاوت في تطبيق اللوائح: أظهرت الدراسة وجود تفاوت في تطبيق اللوائح بين مختلف البطولات والأحداث الرياضية، مما يشير إلى الحاجة لتوحيد وتطبيق معايير تنظيمية متساوية في جميع المسابقات. - أهمية التدريب الإداري: كشفت الدراسة عن أهمية تعزيز التدريب والتأهيل الإداري للقائمين على تنظيم البطولات، حيث يؤثر فهمهم العميق للوائح على جودة تنظيم المسابقات وفعاليتها. التوصيات: ١- يُنصح بإنشاء لجنة خاصة لمراجعة وتحديث لائحة المسابقات بشكل دوري بمشاركة الخبراء والمعنيين في مجال التنس. ٢- يجب توفير آليات لجمع ملاحظات الأعضاء والمشاركين حول لائحة المسابقات لتحسين الشفافية والاستجابة لاحتياجات السوق. 3- ينبغي تحديث معايير التصنيف والأهلية بشكل منتظم لضمان تمثيل عادل وفعالية في المسابقات على جميع المستويات.
Research objective: The research aims to evaluate the "competition regulations" of the Egyptian Tennis Federation to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the regulations by analyzing the rules and provisions. Research sample: The research sample was selected by the stratified intentional method from workers during the season. Al-riyadi 2023/2024 Their number reached (121) individuals as a basic sample, and (30) individuals from the research community and from outside the research sample were chosen as a survey sample to calculate the scientific transactions of the questionnaire form (honesty- reliability). Data collection tools and methods: Questionnaire- Personal interview- Content analysis and scientific references. Conclusions: 1- The necessity of updating the regulations: It turns out that the current competition regulations of the Egyptian Tennis Federation need to be updated periodically to keep pace with international developments in the sport of tennis and to ensure the application of the latest standards and practices. 2- There is a discrepancy in the application of regulations: The study showed a discrepancy in the application of regulations between different tournaments and sporting events, which indicates the need to unify and apply equal organizational standards in all competitions. 3- The importance of administrative training: The study revealed the importance of enhancing administrative training and qualification for those organizing tournaments, as their deep understanding of the regulations affects the quality and effectiveness of organizing competitions. Recommendations: 1- It is recommended to establish a special committee to review and update the competition regulations periodically with the participation of experts and stakeholders in the field of tennis. 2- Mechanisms must be provided to collect feedback from members and participants on competition regulations to improve transparency and respond to market needs. 3- Classification and eligibility criteria should be updated regularly to ensure fair and effective representation in competitions at all levels.
