|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف مفهوم " واقع القيادة النبوية الخادمة لدى المرابطين في المسجد الأقصى المبارك"، مع التركيز على المحاور الأربعة الأساسية التي تتضمن الأداء القيادي، التأثير على الآخرين تعزيز الروح المعنوية، ورفع الالتزام والتضحية، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من المرابطين من المسجد الأقصى وعددهم (200)، وطبقت هذه الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (49) من المرابطين في المسجد الأقصى، تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وبعد تحليل البيانات توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج حصل في المجال الأول الأداء القيادي على أعلى نسبة بمقدار (3.64)، ثم يليه تعزيز الروح المعنوية بدرجة (3.57)، ثم مجال التأثير على الآخرين بدرجة (3.50)، ومن ثم مجال رفع الالتزام والتضحية بين المرابطين بدرجة (3,43)، وجميعها جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في المعلومات الديمغرافية الجنس العمر، الحالة الاجتماعية)، وبناء على النتائج السابقة أوصت الدراسة ببعض التوصيات منها عقد دورات تدريبية تركز على تعزيز مهارات القيادة النبوية الخادمة بين المرابطين.
|b The study aims to explore the concept of "prophetic servant leadership" The Reality of Prophetic Servant Leadership Among the Murabitun Al-Aqsa Mosque. The study focuses on the role of the murabitun as guardians of Al-Aqsa Mosque, utilizing the descriptive-analytical methodology as a foundation for examining the servant leadership approach and its relevance within the community of murabitun, The study sample consisted (200) individuals among the murabitun in Al-Aqsa Mosque, and it was applied to sample consisting of (49) murabitun, and the research was divided into four main dimensions: the first addressed leadership performance, the second on influencing others, the third involved fostering morale, and the fourth examined enhancing commitment and sacrifice among the murabitun, Through data analysis, the study reached several findings: the first dimension, leadership performance, achieved the highest relative weight, (3.64), followed by fostering morale (3.57), influencing others (3.50), and enhancing commitment and sacrifice (3.43). Overall, the results indicated a moderate level for all dimensions. The findings also revealed no statistically significant differences based on demographic variables (gender, age, or social status). Based on the results, the study recommended several points, including organizing training courses aimed at enhancing the prophetic servant leadership skills among the murabitun.
