|a تتناول هذه الدراسة دور أتباع الفيلسوف الاجتماعي سان سيمون في صياغة الخطابات والسياسات الاستعمارية الفرنسية في الجزائر، من خلال تحليل تأثير إيديولوجية التحديث السان سيمونية على التنظير لفكرة الاستعمار الاستيطاني بأبعاده الاقتصادية الرأسمالية، والتي تتعلق بتغيير نظام الملكية والاستحواذ على ثروات الجزائر. في هذا السياق، تعد مؤلفات بروسبير أنفانتان خليفة سان سيمون، محورا رئيسيا في بلورة هذه السياسات الاستعمارية. تعتمد الدراسة على منهج تحليل الخطاب والنقد ما بعد الكولونيالي لفهم الديناميكيات المعقدة التي تحكم العلاقات الاستعمارية وكشف الآليات التي استخدمت لتبرير التمييز العرقي والطبقي المتأصل في المشروع الاستعماري وذلك في كتاب استعمار الجزائر. كما تستكشف الدراسة الإشكاليات الجوهرية المتعلقة بعلاقة الأنا بالآخر، والشرق بالغرب والهامش بالمركز، والمستعمر بالمستعمر، بهدف تقديم فهم أعمق لكيفية تأثير هذه العلاقات على تشكيل السياسات الاستعمارية.
|b This study examines the role of the disciples of the social philosopher Saint-Simon in shaping French colonial discourses and policies in Algeria. It analyzes the impact of Saint-Simonian modernization ideology on the theorization of settler colonialism with its capitalist economic dimensions, which involve altering the property system and seizing Algeria's wealth. In this context, the works of Prosper Enfantin, Saint-Simon's successor, are considered pivotal in shaping these colonial policies. The study employs discourse analysis and post-colonial critique methodol-ogies to understand the complex dynamics governing colonial relations and to uncover the mechanisms used to justify the inherent racial and class dis-crimination in the colonial project, as reflected in "Colonization of Alge-ria." Additionally, the study explores fundamental issues related to the relationship between the self and the other, the East and the West, the margin and the center, and the colonized and the colonizer, aiming to pro-vide a deeper understanding of how these relationships influenced the formation of colonial policies.
