|a هدف البحث تعرف مستوى تفعيل الإبداع التنظيمي لدى القادة الأكاديميين وفق معايير القيادة الذكية في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الكويتية، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم اختيار عينة الدارسة وفق طريقة العينة المتيسرة، وكانت بحجم (١٠٣) أعضاء هيئة تدريس، واعتمدت الاستبانة أداة للدراسة، مكونة من (٤٣) فقرة موزعه على أربعة مجا لات وذلك من أجل قياس مستوى تفعيل الإبداع التنظيمي لدى القادة الأكاديميين وفق معايير القيادة الذكية في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الكويتية، وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وخرج البحث بمجموعه من النتائج، أهمها أن مستوى تفعيل الإبداع التنظيمي لدى القادة الأكاديميين وفق معايير القيادة الذكية في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الكويتية مرتفعة، وأشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة البحث لمستوى تفعيل الإبداع التنظيمي لدى القادة الأكاديميين وفق معايير القيادة الذكية في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الكويتية تعزى لمتغيرات النوع، الرتبة العلمية، الكلية، وبناء على نتائج البحث كان أهم التوصيات أنه على القيادة الأكاديمية في المؤسسات التعليمية الكويتية الاستمرار في اتباع نمط قيادي يدفع على الإبداع، وعلى القيادة الأكاديمية في المؤسسات التعليمية الكويتية الاستمرار في توفير بيئة محفزة للأفكار الإبداعية.
|b The aim of the study was to identify the extent of activating organizational creativity among academic leaders in Kuwaiti higher education institutions based on smart leadership standards. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach. The study sample consisted of (103) faculty members. The study relied on a questionnaire as a study tool consisting of (43) items distributed over four areas in order to measure the extent of activating organizational creativity among academic leaders in Kuwaiti higher education institutions. Based on the standards of smart driving, where its validity and reliability were verified. The study concluded a set of results, the most important of which was that the extent to which organizational creativity is activated among academic leaders in Kuwaiti higher education institutions based on smart driving standards is high. The results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample to the extent of activating organizational creativity among academic leaders in Kuwaiti higher education institutions based on smart leadership standards attributed to the variable of gender, scientific rank, and college. Based on the results of the study, the most important recommendations were that academic leadership in Kuwaiti educational institutions should continue to follow a leadership style that pushes towards creativity, and academic leadership in Kuwaiti educational institutions should continue to provide an environment that stimulates creative ideas
