قام الباحثون بدراسة تهدف إلى التعرف على متطلبات تطبيق التحول الرقمي بالاتحاد المصري للرياضة الجودو استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي (أسلوب الدراسات المسحية) لملائمته لطبيعة البحث وأهدافه. يتمثل مجتمع البحث في أعضاء مجلس الإدارة والمدير التنفيذي والمالي وأعضاء ورؤساء اللجان الفرعية بالاتحاد المصري لرياضة الجودو والأفرع التابعة له، وبلغ مجتمع البحث (٥٢٨) فرد وقام الباحثون باختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية بحيث تكون ممثلة لمجتمع البحث وعددهم (۹۹) بنسبة مئوية (18.75%) من حجم مجتمع البحث والاختيار عبارات الاستبيان قام الباحثون بإجراء دراسة استطلاعية بتطبيق الاستبيان على عينة قوامها (۲۰) فرد من مجتمع البحث ومن خارج العينة الأساسية ولها نفس مواصفات العينة الأساسية وذلك خلال الفترة من 29/1/٢٠٢٤م إلى 15/2/2024م ثم قام الباحثون بتطبيق الاستبيان في صورته النهائية على عينة البحث الأساسية وبلغ قوامها (۹۹) فردا وممثلة لمجتمع البحث وذلك في الفترة من 25/2/٢٠٢٤م إلى 10/3/٢٠٢٤م ثم تم جمعها عن طريق الباحثون وتفريغها في كشوف معدة لذلك، وتم تصحيح الاستبيان وفقا لمفتاح التصحيح المعد لذلك وأستخدم الباحثون ميزان تقدير ثلاثي حيث يتحقق (۳)، وإلى حد ما (۲)، لا يتحقق (۱)، وتم رصد الدرجات الخام وإعدادها للمعاملات الإحصائية بما يتماشى مع أهداف البحث. وكانت أهم النتائج ضرورة تطوير أهداف الاتحاد المصري للرياضة الجودو لمواكبة التحول الرقمي للارتقاء بالاتحاد المصري للرياضة الجودو، تبني استراتيجية التحول الرقمي بالاتحاد المصري للرياضة الجودو، تطوير الهيكل التنظيمي والأفرع الإدارية بما يسمح بالتحول الرقمي، تدريب الإداريين على استخدام التقنيات الجديدة والرقمية عبر الإنترنت، إعداد دورات تثقيفية عن أهمية التحول الرقمي في الإتحاد المصري للرياضة الجودو، وضع قواعد لتخزين واستخدام البيانات والمعلومات بشكل آمن.
The researchers conducted a study with the aim of identifying the reality of the application of digital transformation in the Egyptian Judo Sports Federation, the researchers used the descriptive approach (survey studies method) to suit the nature of the research and its objectives. The research community is represented in the members of the Board of Directors, the Executive and Financial Director, members and heads of the subcommittees of the Egyptian Judo Federation and its branches, and the research community reached (528) individuals and the researchers selected the research sample in a stratified random way so that it is representative of the research community and their number (99) by a percentage (18.75%) of the size of the research community and to choose the questionnaire phrases, the researchers conducted a survey by applying the questionnaire to a sample of (20) members of the research community and from outside the basic sample and has the same specifications as the sample During the period from 2024/1/29 to 2024/2/15 AD, then the researchers applied the questionnaire in its final form to the basic research sample, which amounted to (99) individuals and representatives of the research community, from 2024/2/25 AD to 2024/3/10 AD, then it was collected by researchers and unloaded into statements prepared for that, and the questionnaire was corrected according to the correction key prepared for that, and the researchers used a triple estimation scale, where (3) is achieved, To some extent (2), not achieved (1), and raw scores were monitored and prepared for statistical parameters in line with the research objectives. The most important results were the need to develop the objectives of the Egyptian Judo Sports Federation to keep pace with the digital transformation to upgrade the Egyptian Judo Sports Federation, adopt the digital transformation strategy of the Egyptian Judo Sports Federation, develop the organizational structure and administrative branches to allow digital transformation, train administrators on the use of new and digital technologies via the Internet, prepare educational courses on the importance of digital transformation in the Egyptian Judo Sports Federation Establish rules for the safe storage and use of data and information.
