|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور العلاقات العامة الرقمية في المؤسسات الدبلوماسية في تنمية التبادل الثقافي بين شباب الجامعات، حيث وظفت منهج المسح من خلال صحيفة تحليل المضمون على عينة من المنشورات بصفحات المؤسسات الدبلوماسية الثقافية عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ومواقعها الإلكترونية للمكاتب الثقافية لكل من (السعودية- الأردن- الكويت- اليمن)، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى: وجود عدد كبير من الأنشطة الثقافية التي قامت بها القنصليات خلال فترة التحليل ومن أهمها حضور الندوات الثقافية وتنظيم ورش عمل للطلاب، والمشاركة في بعض الأحداث الثقافية مثل يوم الشعوب ويوم الثقافة. اهتمت المواقع بنشر لقاءات وحوارات وفاعليات يحضرها مسئولين، مما يشير إلى أهمية تلك المواقع في تتبع أخبار الفاعليات والأنشطة التي تقوم بها المؤسسات الدبلوماسية. وظفت المؤسسات الدبلوماسية الممثلة في المكاتب الثقافية مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي مثل Facebook& Instgram& Twitter& LinkedIn& Snapshat، وإظهارهم في الموقع الإلكتروني للتواصل، مع الجمهور، مما يمثل مؤشرا قويا لمؤشرات الاتصال الحواري عبر الموقع الإلكتروني أظهرت مؤشرات الاتصال الحواري الأخرى عبر المواقع الإلكترونية لكل المؤسسات الدبلوماسية محل الدراسة، مثل سهولة استخدام الموقع والتجول فيه، إلى جانب إمكانية البحث بسهولة والحصول على معلومات من خلال خريطة الموقع. تنوعت الملفات المنشورة على المواقع الإلكترونية للمنظمات محل الدراسة، فيما بين التقارير السنوية، الكتيبات النشرات، المجلات، حيث لم يخلو موقع إلكتروني من وجود إحدى المطبوعات، مما يمثل أداة تفاعل هامة توظفها إدارة العلاقات العامة من خلال الموقع الإلكتروني للمؤسسة.
|b The study aimed to identify the role of digital public relations in diplomatic institutions in the development of cultural exchange among university youth, as it employed the survey method through the content analysis sheet on a sample of publications on the pages of cultural diplomatic institutions through social networking sites and their websites for the cultural offices of each of (Saudi Arabia- Jordan- Kuwait- Yemen). The study found: The presence of a large number of cultural activities carried out by the consulates during the period of analysis, the most important of which is attending cultural seminars, organizing workshops for students, and participating in some cultural events such as Peoples Day and Culture Day. The sites were interested in publishing meetings, dialogues and events attended by officials, which indicates the importance of these sites in tracking news of events and activities carried out by diplomatic institutions. The diplomatic institutions represented in the cultural offices used social networking sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Snapchat, and showed them on the website to communicate with the public, which represents a strong indicator of dialogue communication indicators through the website. Other indicators of dialogue communication appeared on the websites of all the diplomatic institutions under study, such as the ease of using and navigating the website, in addition to the ability to easily search and obtain information through the site map. The files published on the websites of the organizations under study varied, including annual reports, brochures, bulletins, and magazines, as no website was devoid of a publication, which represents an important interaction tool employed by the Public Relations Department through the organization’s website.
